If only I could give negative rating. While I found the pharmacy staff ok.. BETTY working register both times Ive been in this location is just HORRIBLE. She only spoke because I pointedly asked a question and answered in such a way that I immediately put back every item I was about to purchase.

The pharmacy is completely unorganized. Went to pick up my wifes meds. The Pharmacist told a customer she had to take phone calls and they were short staffed. She left and there we waited. One customer in front of me left and went to the drive thru for better and faster service.In the meantime, another line of customers starts forming in an adjacent aisle for the pharmacy. I Waited and I finally gave up because I did not want to be confrontational with the other line or tell them I was already in line (marked with distancing COVID tape markers).Went to the front to make small purchases. No cashier. On to Walmart with my pharmacy and my meds. I will have a conversation with my wife to tranfer pharmacies.

Im surprised the pharmacist is fine with letting someone who is sick wait from 5:45 pm til 6:30 or 7:00 pm for prescriptions that have been called in by Urgent Care. HIRE SOME FRIGGIN HELP!

They are the absolute slowest pharmacy in the business.-call in or app refills can be done week in advance. Still not ready even after you receive correspondence from this #CVS stating they’re ready for pick up.-employees in pharmacy area constantly stating there is 25-70 people ahead of you-they remind you they’re understaffed-they say law states they take breaks so that’s why they’re behindJust to name a few.Fact is. I’m sorry they’re understaffed. I agree they need breaks. But in reality, that’s not my problem.I have 10 prescriptions that I fill with you every month. I brought YOU my business. I can alleviate you being over worked by taking my money somewhere else if that helps?

They called and said my 80 old grandmothers prescriptions were ready. She went to them. At the window they 1 of 4 was ready rest will done 20 minutes. She returned over 20 minutes later and they still were not ready. She had double pneumonia and bronchitis this is unacceptable behavior. Lying to customers go to spoon drug they treat you right and are fast

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is literally the WORST CVS. They never answer the phone in the pharmacy, they’re always out of common medicine, and they are SO SLOW. They literally told me this morning that they are several DAYS behind on filling scripts. HOW?! What about people who are now out of medicine and can’t get it for Lord knows how long? Terrible service, every single time.

I always get great service at this CVS. They have gone out of their way to be of help to me. Even have gone to the storage in the back of the store to find things I wanted. This is a great store.

Cvs is very good about auto filling my prescriptions. They also text me to let me know exactly when they are ready on a timely manner.I simply go through the drive through and I am on my way in five minutes!

Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. Prescriptions are never ready on time, and when I asked why it wasnt ready on my 3rd attempt, they said they were a full week behind on filling. Yikes. They said they were open until 9:00, so I said okay, Ill just come back later when youre hopefully not so busy. I went by again at 7:45, and the drive through was closed. They didnt bother to tell me that they closed the drive through early, and I have a baby sleeping in the carseat, so I cant just run in. So.. I still dont have my meds. As busy as they are, why dont they have more staff? Is it a CVS corporate thing? Next issue: theyre out of stock of my med and cant order it because their pharmacist is new. Um. It would be nice if they could let me know! Instead, its Friday night, the doctors office is closed until Monday, and Im out of my meds. Lovely.

Apparently our insurance companies who require us to go to this pharmacy have never had to experience the hassle of getting a prescription filled and the rude staff there. If they would maybe we could all go back to Walgreens or another pharmacy that cares about their customers.

I was just there and needed something for sinus pain and headache. I asked the pharmacist for a recommendation because I sometimes have high blood pressure. She said the only thing was nasal spray, which is something I cannot do. So she said she couldnt help, I couldnt have Sudafed from back there. Totally not what Im after, just needed some relief. While walking away i seen HBP meds, which Im trying, and could hear her saying she just wanted something. No, not the case. Nor will I be using this CVS again. TRN#3009 CSHR#1602907 STR#10065

Worst staff ever. So sick of the nose rings, cat ears and dread locks that the staff wears there. How are you ever going to be taken seriously? Text me and I drive 15 miles to pickup prescriptions that are not ready. Got my prescription mixed up with someone from New Hampshire. Im tired of wasting my time at this store. Time to find someplace that is professional. Get some real help!

After filling out an hours worth on stuff online to get a better price on a prescription, i was told over the phone i could only pay a FULL CASH value for it. They need to OPT OUT of discounts online if they are going to refuse them in store. Thanks for wasting my time.

The older pharmacist which is an old witch. Tried telling me there were laws about medicine time tables for patients. I researched the laws and she and the staff flat out lied to me. When I told her I researched the law and she was wrong about it, she raised her voice and started screaming at me along with the staff. I told them good day ladies and she screamed BYE at me. Then she was cussing me under her breath as I continued to walk out. Terrible experience and I am telling everyone I know. Went to Walgreens and they laughed at her because I was not the only one who had came from CVS with the same story. BEWARE WATCH OUT FOR THE FEMALE PHARMACIST AT CVS Sand Springs.

This cvs has the most unfriendly pharmacy staff. In addition, their pharmacists lack the knowledge necessary to assist patrons with questions. My latest frustrating experience has prompted me to switch to a different pharmacy. I have been on the waitlist for the Shingrex vaccine since December 10th. The pharmacy staff tells me they have no way of knowing where I am on the wait list or how much longer the wait will be. In fact she asked me if I was sure I wanted to receive the vaccine since I’m not old enough. Not that it is any of her business but my dr wrote me a script for it for a reason and that’s between me and my dr. So rude and unprofessional.

All right tonight I was going to pool and we walking to CVS to try to kill some time but whatever we walked in there this lady was just stared at it the entire time so we got a little twisty exerciseing and she said we don’t want you guys to get hurt so please get off. so we walked out because we were bored with her. So we were sitting in the parking lot to try to kill some more time well we all have to pee all three of us so we walked back in there and the lady said what you guys just in here and we said yes and she said OK well I’m gonna watch you guys go in the bathroom and also watch you guys exit the building. I believe she thought we were stealing but we were not.
