I have gone to this store for years. But this past weekend I called and asked If they have a Atomizer for my puffco. They tell me yea but it’s $50. I was like I can order from puffco for $40 and then they tell me o my bad I meant $40. Which kind of Irritating me bcuz they would have let me pay the $50 if I didn’t say anything. So I pay n go home n then the atomizer breaks in two days n they said that I must of broke it. So I will just go to smoker friendly down the street cuz they r cheaper n better stuff anyways

I used to love this place, but I cant deal with this recent crap.I had been buying juice here for a while. I was talked into getting a new vape, it was time. The guy told me if you have any issues come back, Ill take care of you. He kindly filled my tank before I left. First problem occurred when I tried to refill my top loading tank and realized he had over tightened it. No one I knew could open it, so a few days after I bought it I took it back to the shop. Pliers were used to unscrew the mouth piece, leaving scratches all over my brand new vapes mouth piece. He told me he couldnt replace it Bc he would have to take from one of his own, even though it was his screw up, not mine, and he damaged it. Fine. I just dealt with the disappointment. Two months after buying this brand new vape, it randomly just died. I tried to reset it, charge it, plug it in to my computer and it was still dead. I called the shop, who knows who I am at this point, and they told me they cant help me, that if its still under warranty I have to contact the company (even though the store clearly sold me a faulty product). I finally hunt down the company and contact them, and they say to mail it back with a receipt. I didnt keep my receipt, but having managed several businesses I know its not difficult to re-print a receipt so I call the store back, I gave them the date and amount of the sale, I give them my phone number and ask them to please call me when they found the transaction and Ill come get the receipt. I never got a call. Im really annoyed and I will never return. This is not how you take care of loyal customers.

I bought a bunch of diffrent items from here while passing thru. When i got home i pulled out all of my new toys to play with . Right away i had noticed that one of the more expencive items was not working. So i pull out my receipt and call the store. They tell me all sales are final but if i bring it to them they can take a lookat it. Like i has mentioned earlier i was only passing thru. So basiclyi just gave them 35 $ for there garbage.
