I love these guys! They are very friendly and professional. No other shop is rather go to!
Raul is awesome! This place is honest and very reasonably priced. I ended up having a cpu related problem that needs to be handled by the dealer but he was quick to figure it out and charged me way less than he should have. I’ll be back with my next mechanical issue or service needs. Highly recommended!
Ive been to these guys a couple of times. They couldnt be nicer. Professional timely service at reasonable rates. And instead of some apprentice working on your bike, you have the owners doing the work. Thats a great shop IMHO!
I called this guys ( Mr. Raul ) 6 days ago to bring my motorcycle to put a power commander and get new map . He told that he will return my call in 2 days to set up a day and time . But he never call me back . Any way I decide to call then today to get my motorcycle fix . At this conversation I tell him that I purchase a power commander and will need to get a new map . He very angry and impolite told me that I was waste his f******* time . I did understand that . I am a customer or a high potencial customer . Definitely I will never bring any service for this guys at Wheel Smith Racing . Very impolite and treat a customer as a trash . I have a business as well and I learn for my family that no matter the situation I will never be disrespectfully . God bless you !
Raul has been tuning and mapping my bikes for almost 10 years now. Once I blew a motor on my Gsxr 1000 he found a new one for me for great price and hooked it all up tuned it and it was faster than ever before. I’ll bring everyone of my bikes to him. I currently run a 2014 Gsxr 1000 and he tuned and custom mapped it for me and it’s running better than ever.
I use two CB 750 Honda Nighthawks in my appliance, plumbing and electrical repair business (Jims Repair Service) so I count on Raul and Otto to keep both bikes running. So far they have changed tires, chains and sprockets & rebuilt the carburetor at a reasonable price. There is more issues waiting to be scheduled.Raul also convinced me to sign up for Uber so I can get an $8.00 ride from San Anselmo to 23 Mark Drive to pick up my bikes.
