Amazing service! I went in a few weeks ago to look at luggage, and the man working was so incredibly kind, helpful, and answered all my questions. I wasn’t ready to buy at the time, but came back in today. A different guy helped me this time and was just as nice and helpful. I’m moving abroad and was able to explain what I needed, and what my price range was. I walked away getting really high quality luggage for less than I saw online at big chain stores. I love supporting small businesses, and this business gave me peace of mind that I was getting exactly what I need. I highly recommend taking your business here!

The service was great this morning. Got what we needed.

I came to the store to buy luggage tags, travel bottles for shampoos, etc., and to look for travel wallets. I was blown away by the huge selection in the store. Everything (that I needed) was nicely laid out on the left wall as I was walked in. I got two very cute luggage tags and will definitely come back to the store for my future travel needs.Here are the tags I picked up. Both are sturdy rubber tags with nylon straps-so they won’t fall off easily!

Nice selection, especially of high quality Briggs and Reilly luggage (which I find to be better than Tumi...although the store carries Tumi as well). Lorenzo was a big help to me, as he is very knowledgeable about luggage, and he was very welcoming.

Alright store, but the service was atrocious. The storekeeper was very passive-aggressive as I was asking him about some adapters and then insulted me for not coming earlier in the day. Definitely would not come again.

Upon entering the man behind the counter stayed behind the counter. There was no other customer in the store. His manner and voice made me feel that I had inconvenienced him.He responded to questions about the product by telling me to go on line. I actually told him that i felt he was rude and left. My daughter said, as we left, why was that man so cranky? He wound last in business with that attitude.
