After a gap of more than 7 years, I had to match a trim color on my house. Id made my original purchase at this store, but couldnt find my receipt with the color code. Practicing social distancing and masked up - the staff was very helpful. With a little digging, which meant they actually had to go the extra mile and research my paint match with the little info I provided, my color was found, the paint was mixed and I left with everything I needed to get my touch-up job done. I definitely recommend Sherwin-Williams on DuBois, in San Rafael.

Moving to a new area is never easy especially when finding places for the tools of your trade.My first experience at Sherwin Williams in San Rafael was amazing do to a wonderful young woman named Bernadette. I have been to several Sherwin Williams paints stores over the years, however this was the best store by far. I was Interested in trying some of the other brands of paint SW carried.Bernadette patiently listened to me and understood what I was looking for.Bernadette shared with me the proformance of each brand, helped me chose the color in the tones I was looking for & color matched a swatch I brought in (perfect) .Bernadette is always helpful and friendly and make the Customers that enter the store feel welcome.I would like to thank the Manager in charge of hiring such a wonderful employee to represent your company.The way Bernadette handled herself and her product knowledge I thought she was a Manager.I have returned to this store many times and have always had a good experience.Thank you

Person helping me could not recommend product to use, store customer/painting contractor ended up helping me, I was left waiting for my paint to be mixed while the clerk took care of 2 customers who called in paint orders by phone, another clerk took over, paint/stain I got does not look accurate possibly not mixed correctly, I will not return for this project did not have a good experience as I have had before.
