My family and I are moving soon and are trying to get rid of things in our house and we came across my wifes gold. We had no idea how selling gold works so we went online and searched all the gold places in town. there were several but we came across The Gold Drop which had many reviews and they were all five stars. (check it out for yourself) We decided to try our luck and called the store. We talked to the owner named Todd. He is the nicest, kindest, humorous, most honest person we could have ever been blessed to meet regarding selling our gold. We were worried about getting ripped off but Todd took care of us and was beyond generous. We left elated. I had a million questions and Todd was patient and answered them all. He explained everything in detail and was extremely knowledgeable. Just a heads up, . you have to call first and schedule an appointment. Oh, definitely dont go to a pawn shop. They will rip you off!

Todd is excellent... Called in to inquire about a service and was excited to hear that he was able to help me with my ring. He explained to me where to park since the location is on a busy street. The parking was not bad, as well as the walk to the shop which was less than a minute away from the parking area. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. Todd was amazing! We had a silver chain shortened at our regular jeweler and brought the excess piece of chain to Todd and The Gold Drop. Even though he shorted himself a little he gave us a few extra bucks for our drive out there. Very nice environment, professional with cold water for guests! Would defiantly recommend for all services!
