Good coffee we like IT!!!

Love this place a must go....

Every time I try to come here they’re already closed. Online it says they close at 9 PM. & they’re always closed by 7. If you close earlier on certain days PLEASE change it online. Or follow your schedule. Ridiculous.

Love the coffee and Everytime I am in the area I have to stop since the one locally to me closed. But the last time they just made drinks at their choice and not what we ordered. And I called them on it and they said they do things here differently. So bummed because the 2 drinks we got were not close to what they should have been.

I am not a coffee drinker but the people working there are so kind and proffesional that I like to pass by every chance I get and try different drinks each time. Keep up the great attitude 👍

This place never really had it going on. I have been going in here for years and years, and it was always the same, old tired people watching the money in your wallet and never looking in your eyes trying to make a connection. Matter of fact, they try to minimize the contact they make with you in order to shuffle your through the register.This is the way of yesternomics, and anyone cogent will not disagree.I know our culture over celebrates underachievement, but people deserve the truth in a truth starved society, even if only for the fact they just once dont want to be lied to.I would have given this place one star had it not been for the corporate standards Gloria Jeans franchisees must comply with. But the people that have been here the longest are simply retail exhausted and the minimum in customer service interactions they can provide to get to your money and get to the next nickel and dime they do.Its as if the old youll take what we give you standard of business culture were present, and these people never chose to step into the future in just about any way.Wish I could say better, but I dont want to lie to you. You will get a decent cup of coffee here, and even a blended drink, but dont expect to be seen as anything other than money for their small, retail register.The LC

The only Gloria Jeans open, on the west coast of USA... I liked it because I am a fan, but they can get better somehow...

Great team best drink I love to go there.

I have great memories of this place in the days of social smiley baristas for my mood dependent choice of a latte or a mocha. It was a great way to start my day back then. Now... with the mall barrening up, this place has fallen victim to the changes for the worse: prices are higher and the staff is more talking amongst each other.

Awesome place great coffee cookies breakfast food and good prices this place has been around for about 30 years plus
