I told them that I planned to fly from Southern California to the Bay area to look at and potentially buy the car. The car was fully charged and freshly washed. Having never driven a Tesla before, they walked me through the various features and nuances of this all electric car. My drive back to Southern California was sheer joy. I love this car! I had a great experience buying a Giulia from Alfa Romeo of Marin. Tarun made everything simple and smooth. I spent quite some time shopping around online to get pricing on an Alfa Romeo. Having looked at lots of options at lots of dealers I approached Alfa Romeo of Marin and immediately got great service. Sami was super responsive and both flexible and transparent on pricing on options. When I arrived at the dealership later that day the test drive and the closing of the deal were friendly and straightforward and I was in and out in a couple of hours. Sami called me the next day to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and to see if I had any questions and then sent a follow up note the next week. I had a great experiene with Mazerati of Marin especailly with my salesman Tarun Sachdeva, he is warm and efficient and makes you feel part of a family. The rest of the team has been very kind and warm as well. I will not hesitate to get my next car from Mazerati of Marin again as I have had a great experinece with them now for 5 years. Turning in my lease and purchasing a car was very smooth at Maserati / Alfa Romeo of Marin. I went in wanting to know my options when the time came for the end of my lease, I was looking at switching to a Maserati from an Alfa. Tarun was honest and said for my driving style, what I am looking for in a car, I should stick with Alfa, and I did. I went with the Quadrifoglio per his recommendation and so far, I am extremely happy with it. [Update] while I appreciate the response from the business, without the name of the company you used to send these targeted mailers, I wont be able to opt out of future privacy violations. I have already called your store and all the employees I spoke with, including the manager denied knowing anything about these mailers, and the company that sent them.This business targeted me with a mailer using very sensitive health information (which I had not shared with my roommate, who also saw the mailer). When I called the business they were unable to explain how they got ahold of confidential information like this (along with my mailing address) without my consent. I would never trust any business that engaged in unethical business practices like this.
