They were wonderful they helped me with lots of things, the manager she helped me to get my money from hair show ticket, my puppy brought them life and happiness

Most of the time they are out of products . Even before corona virus . I would like to know if this the problem of wear hose or them not ordering . I have been waiting for 3 weeks for some hair colors

Called about a product. The woman who answered was lovely, confirmed that they had the item I wanted in stock, and told me that she would hold it for me. Im in the middle of moving, and I made an effort to get in and pick up the brush because when you ask to have something held - you are obligated to buy it. It took some effort to do so as the store is really difficult to find. And it turns out that only licensed professionals can shop here - something that I wasnt told when I called. I suggested - nicely - that this was something that the person who answered the phone should have mentioned. And while its fair to deny me the right to purchase it was really unprofessional to blow off what was a reasonable suggestion ... followed by .. Have a Nice Day in that tone of voice that suggests that what she really meant was unprintable i a review. I would give the staff her a C+ to the woman who answered the phone, and an F to the woman who was working the store when I arrived to pick up the item. Other reviewers have had positive experiences with the staff here so perhaps this one was just new and poorly trained.

Went into the store with my friend whos an industry professional. The staff were the absolute worst. So rude, and couldnt care less about the customers
