Nice cashier and rude manager. Was trying to return something and she said it was over 60 days matter of factly when I purchased it three days ago. Showed her receipt and she realized i was being honest but didn’t apologize. The cashier was nice though!!

Stopped in on 8/9/21 to try to find products for my damaged hair. The customer service was great and she enthusiastically made suggestions for products I could tell she really believed in. Cant wait to try them!

I went to this store last night 1-28-2018, around 7:30 pm, while I was shopping for hair creme for my daughters hair, I was being WATCHED LIKE A DOG THE WHOLE TIME BY A WORKER WITH DARK LONG HAIR. Why was I being watch when there was other customers in there shopping also who wasnt? because Im a black woman. I had to let her know that she was racial profiling and that I felt very uncomfortable by her behavior! Anyways, I will not be going back to this store. She said that they watch everyone, but as soon as I left her and her coworker started looking at their phones. Smh!!! My daughter at the age of 10 had to witness this!!!Never againPRAYING FOR AMERICA

Awful customer service the cashier was rude and did not wanted to help me at all I really needed hair products but I left everything there very rude cashier .
