We ordered our backdrop banner for our largest tradeshow with fast signs. I was a bit nervous at first I needed the signs to be top quality and was on a very short deadline, but the results exceeded my expectations. The customer services, quality, finishing details, turnaaround was outstanding. When I realized that the banner where barely fitting in my delivery van they offered to make me a custom storage tube so I can transport the banner safeley. I defnitely will place all of our company orders with them from now on.

I needed constructions signs for my architecture practice and a logo decal for the glass front door at my new office so I wanted to see what FastSigns could do. Ive put up a lot of construction signs over the years and these were the best - they actually went to the trouble of painting the edges of the plywood the same color as the vinyl printed on the front. The install of the decal on the door was super fast and looks great. They gave me some back-up decals for free. I highly recommend!

Disappointed. Read a lot of great things about this business online and I was very excited to start a partnership between this business and my business. Sadly every time I called except for the one where I cancelled my order, I was met with very rude resistance as if I was wasting their time. It was an extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant experience trying to order the sign that I had in my head for my event. If you’re someone who likes to take their time with their financial decisions, stay far away from this place. They will hustle you over the phone, and act like you’re inconveniencing them, rather than being accommodating and helpful in the process. And to add insult to injury, very overpriced compared to online services with the same turnover speed.They quoted me $1,200 for two door magnets for a car and offered same day service, telling me I could have everything done that afternoon. So I went back to my office feeling confident. Only to call them and be told a completely different story a week later. They say I have to pay a “rush charge” all of a sudden, and now it’s $2400 for two door magnets. No thanks.VistaPrint is charging me $207.81 out the door for two magnets of the same size and quality, and nobody is there to make me uncomfortable or rip me off, done deal.

The service was excellent and I got the sign I wanted for a price I could afford. Ryan made sure he understood exactly what I had in mind. Fast Signs gave me the best quote but, as were all the other sign companys estimates, it was still higher than I expected. Ryan worked with me to bring the price down to an amount I could afford without compromising the look I wanted. I will definitely go straight to Fast Signs for all future signage.
