I had a very intricate job with a tight deadline that Blue Pond Signs knocked out of the park for me. My client is based here in Chicago and had a meeting in San Francisco and needed 31 signs delivered to their meeting location. I worked closely with Greg Van Houten and he made the whole experience seamless. This was my first time working with them and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend using this company for all of your signage needs for anyone in the bay area.

Unfortunately Blue Pond Signs does not stand behind their product - had an exterior sign made for my business that did not last past 6 months. Made out of plywood, not even marine grade nor sealed, we questioned it and they said it would be fine, they warranty their work so it shouldnt be a problem... well turns out it started to separate and come apart and they dont stand by their work as we have been trying to get a fix and replacement for over 3 months and keep getting blown off and excuses why they havent called back.UPDATE 5/23/2019We did eventually receive a replacement sign and it has been up for several months now with no concerns. Hopefully they have changed their operating basis because their design work really is beautiful. Thank you for the new sign and the recent followup.
