Upon calling to see if they were interested in a pair of cross country skiis, instead of a simple no, have a nice day; I was told (in a very unpleasant tone and voice) that they are not, have never been and never will be associated with play it again sports. After which I was promptly hung up on. I guess I can assume they arent interested in the skiis. Message to owner: apparently your Monday aftter noon clerk doesnt have any respect for your business and no clue that everybody is a future customer. Sad small stain on my Monday but easily forgotten, as for your shop, never have been there arent going now and never will be there. Sorry. Sorry that the person you pay to answer your phone has no respect for your business or your potential customer base.

I went there and was helped by the owner for a snap and go. Found a base to my car seat for our second car all under what I expected to pay. So much selection here. Thank you.
