This was the most unprofessional shop owner I have ever met. We needed outdoor dining seat cushions so we dropped by the shop so see what fabrics they had. Marcia sent me home with a book then told me to come back with the cushion after selection. I did. To my surprise she just about threw me out of the store saying she needed to come over to measure etc (but she never told me this originally) she didnt take walk-ins, that I needed an appointment and reluctantly answered questions I had because she was expecting another appointment. So we made an appointment to go over all of the details and finalize my order. She never showed up -- no call, no nothing. You couldnt pay me to do business with this woman. She is high strung and extremely rude.

Marcia (owner) and Otto did a great job repairing an awning over our french door opening to the courtyard. They were very professional, responsive, and fun to work with. They improved on the previous design and improved the waterproofing of the installation and the flow of water away for the french doors. The costs were reasonable. I would highly recommend Bay Street Canvas in San Rafael.
