The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional to customers and employees of the adjacent businesses. Folks, think twice before visiting this shop. If they’ll be nasty to their neighbors but nice to your face, it’s only because they want your money

It doesnt get better than this folks. Sean and his team are accommodating, knowledgeable, thorough, fair, and simply awesome! Ive never felt so at ease taking my car in to get worked on. I know that Sean will give it to me straight and wont try to convince me that my car needs any unnecessary work. Rising Sun Auto is the only place Ill take my cars to. Dont wait on this place, its hands down the best shop in Marin.

Rising Sun Automotive is the best. Sean and his staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my car in yesterday and it was finished yesterday even though Sean told me it might take two days. I called and asked if they are accepting new clients for auto repair work, the guy who answered the phone with heavy Mexican accent seemed confused and I had to repeat the question to which he said no. So apparently they are not doing repair work even though they answer their phone.
