Very happy with the service! It was our first time here with our new-ish Mazda. It was very easy to book an appointment on-line and add notes about the car. The service was great, the car runs like a charm. It was ready when they said it would be, plus the car was washed and vacuumed and looked brand new! With the available coupons on the their website, the charge was very reasonable. I recommend them highly.
I was a walk-in customer who didnt have an appointment. I live in the South Bay but was visiting the Larkspur area when I had some lights in my car come on. I asked them to check out these lights as well as do an oil change and tire rotation, and they were able to fit me in. They had an Uber drop me off at a nearby mall where I could do some holiday shopping while I waited. When the service was complete, they had an Uber pick me up and bring me back to the service center. All communication while I was away was conveniently over text. Plus they were able to look up all my warranty and maintenance information so I didnt have very much to pay; just for the nail repair for my tire. Overall very happy with their great customer service.
Just moved to Marin County and my Mazda CX-5 was due for service so I dropped it here for maintenance and smog check. Great service, honest people. They immediately pulled all the information about the car based on my VIN and applied the pre-paid maintenance plan (trust me, that was not my experience at every Mazda dealership I have visited, I had several experience were they either omit this part or even lie about your coverage). An invoice was printed upfront to show me what I would owe. They even cleaned the car and provided me with a Uber ride. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and I will be back (including when the time will come for me to replace my car). One thing to note: as it is to be expected for the bay area, the place is pretty small and the service took a few hours. Again, this is kind of standard around here - and if you have ever been to the Mazda dealership in San Francisco, its minuscule and it can take up to 4 days (yes, DAYS) to be serviced - so I am not complaining. Space is expensive in the Bay...
