I went to purchase a vehicle from this Ever gut and the vehicle had oil leak,power steering going out. Took the vehicle back within minutes and he wont pay me the rest of the money back to me. I traveled 2 hours.

I went to North Bay Automotive in desperation and not so great financial circumstances. They were beyond kind and understanding. I was and still am humbled by just how much compassion they showed me. I was taken care of with nothing more than handshake as initial payment and I got my car fixed and was on my way. I will always come back here for everything car related. RESPECT and QUALITY of service is EVERYTHING and NORTH BAY AUTOMOTIVE gave me both.

Great people, very responsible, clean and professional

I rarely write reviews but this shop is worth noting. Im a single woman living on a different coast than my entire family. My father and grandpa always used to handle my automotive issues. However, after years of searching, I finally found a professional shop that I can trust to give me the fairest rates in Marin.The manager Fernando, is personable, honest, and kind. Their auto technician, Omar Diaz, took such great care of me on several different occasions. One evening the window I had issues with, wouldnt close. All the shops were closing. I last minute rolled into this shop and without hesitation, Omar graciously stayed behind to make sure my window was fixed before I went home that night. Omar is kind, professional, and his customer service skills surpass what is expected. No matter what the issue, I am confident that I will be safe in my car. If anything isnt to my liking, I know Omar will make it right. His number one priority is my safety and I am grateful.

North Bay Automotive is fantastic!Not only were they honest with me, their prices are a little lower and so far Ive had my Oil changed there twice (cheapest deal in Marin), I just had a new Radiator put in. They searched for the cheapest, without an obscene mark-up.Im originally from NYC, so this review could have gone either way.You wont regret giving them a shot.😎

My service at this place was the worse after taking 8 hours to make a simple repair that takes one hour. the technitian (owner) made several damages to the vehicle by place the wrong nut on one of my tires stripping the wheel bearing poles and creatting a second repair issue that the vehicle didnt had priorly and after claiming to repair the vehicle. Also attempted to cover the new problem and the original problem by just erasing the check ingine light and not telling me that he placed different nuts on the wheel bearing. Charge me close to 700.00 dollars and the owner would not take resposability of his actions. The new repairs now are close to 1200.00 dollars.

Great Service got my 2015 pontiac for a 30k Service. definitely will recommend.
