My car was sent to Fix Auto after a very bad collision. Although the vehicle was totaled by the insurance company, Fix Auto were very professional and extremely helpful. Samantha Couvillon, who i dealt with at Fix was wonderful, kind and very pleasant to deal with.

Sam was great from the beginning. Very clear about the process and cost and gave me her first available. It was done in 4 days so very pleased with the quick turnaround time. Sam called and kept me up to date on when we would get the car back and that someone would call if it was delayed at all. Very pleased with their service. The fender looks like new! Thanks Fix Auto!

Wow! This was the easiest and best car detail shop I have been to. I was recently rear ended and my bumper needed to be replaced. I called Fix and they were able to take my car a few days later, dealt with the insurance company directly and even in a pandemic, felt totally safe having someone in my car! They cleaned it super nicely, did excellent work and were all pleasant to work with. They even disinfected the car and my key fob(!!) before giving it back to me which my OCD self super appreciated. Hopefully, I wont need their service again, but if I do, I will be back!

Fix Auto Shop San Rafael is amazing. They have the best attention to detail and communicate with the customer so well. Turn around time was so fast and smooth. They really put the costumer first and set the bar high for an auto shop. Made me feel so comfortable and that my car was in good hands. Picked up my car looking like it was brand new! Washed it and everything. Definitely will be going back if I need any more repairs in the future.

Top quality collision repair, super friendly staff, Sam and Greg are excellent, thorough, and very straightforward - the work they completed had my car looking brand new, and they washed my car prior to pick up. They even offered to return my rental car as a courtesy service. Great business.

They kept me in the loop regarding my cars repair throughout the entire process. They helped me get a rental car and even helped me switch/upgrade the rental when I realized that what I initially rented was going to be too small for my work needs. Aaron and Sam were great and sent me pictures of the car through the process. If I ever have a car issue in the future (hopefully I won’t) I will bring it here and highly recommend to others.

My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the professionalism and extremely high levels of customer service at fix auto.After what seemed like a minor fender bender with our white Prius plug-in hybrid it turned out it was going to be a 10 day repair. My wife and I were actually getting ready to move to a new town shortly after the accident and we’re very worried the repair would not be completed in time.But SamanthaAnd the team at fix auto clearly put in the hours and effort to hit our original target completion date even though the job turned out to be bigger and more involved than they expected.We were also thrilled with how easy they made the return of our rental car and made everything a smooth and seamless as possible for us!

I had put off getting my car fixed for quite some time thinking it was going to be a big ordeal. I could not have been more wrong. Working with the amazing crew at Auto Fix was completely effortless. They dealt directly with my insurance company so I wasn’t caught in the middle As they sorted out estimates and pricing to have my cracked windshield replaced and recalibrated . I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and once parts were in, the service was provided in less than a day. They even washed the inside and out of my car! It hasn’t been this clean since pre-COVID!

Crunch crunch!My car got hit in the infamous San Rafael Trader Joe’s parking lot last week. Not fun.Luckily Greg, Sam and the rest of the staff made this such an awesome experience!I called and scheduled an appointment with Fix Auto last week. By the time I pulled into the lot, the estimator was already there to greet me. He checked things out, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes.The parts needed to fix my bumper were available the following week. I scheduled my car to be dropped off and walked over to a nearby rental car place they recommended.Within the day I was updated on the situation, and received a call the following day that the work was already done.They even returned my car nice & clean!As I was driving away, an employee told me to exit left to avoid the morning rush hour traffic if I had exited right. (Above and beyond service!)I hope to never *have to get my car fixed again, but if I did - it’s definitely going to be at this place!
