Monark is absolutely terrible when it comes to post-purchase support. We bought an LG washer/dryer pair, and we had some problems with the washer. Monark refused to provide any help whatsoever because they were not the ones who installed it. That leaves us dead in the water with this washing machine. If youre looking to buy something, Monark will be your best friend, but if anything goes wrong (which is more common that you might expect), youre on your own.

Worst customer service ever. Very slow to respond, long lead times, unfriendly staff and they look for every opportunity to not help their current customers. Once they have your money, they no longer care about you. Trust the yelp reviews and find another vendor.

I walked into Monark to look at a Miele dishwasher. Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful, showed me the Miele and explained the difference between models. I sent my husband to look at it in the afternoon and told him to buy it if he was pleased. He was and he did. I hope we get it before January!

Bruce & Monark Team provided excellent support for the unit purchased from them. I certainly recommend you give Monark a chance to win your business. I dont think youll get this level of service and attention at Best Buy or Home Depot.

Sales person charged us and never placed the order. No follow up after multiple calls to Andy Simpson. On top of that after the initial order was placed, we spoke to Andy to change the order, and he said he would credit the account. Several months later, still waiting on the credit. On the bright side, the stove is great.

The worst! You can buy appliances anywhere for the same price, as many of the manufacturers set the price of the lines they carry. As in other reviews listed here, the service is horrible once you leave the store. Dan Odetto, who was our sales person, misrepresented the capabilities of the appliances we bought. Our designer and builder where both frustrated with the lack of follow up, return calls and basic lack of response from Dan and the store. We have continued to have issues with our Bosh dishwasher and it has taken over four months to get someone to look at it.... the initial response was call the 800 # for help.... wow thats really good customer service- NOT! Our saga continues with no follow-up, no email outreach and basic silence from their end. Horrible - avoid these guys at all costs....if I could give them zero stars I would.

I placed a 50% downpayment on 6/30 for an entire kitchen and received a call on 10/18 that they may not have half the appliances ready for my 11/3 installation. They cannot explain why the order isnt ready in four months. I would not go back to them again. Update 11/15 They came through for me in the end but it would have been better to never have received the call in the first place.

I ordered a hood and a faucet from them. Three weeks after I ordered the faucet it still had not arrived then my contractor because things had come to a hault waiting for it,had to contact them and gee it came in two days. Probably sitting in warehouse . Then I get e mail weeks later that faucet arrived.Hood. Ordered in June or July finally arrived in November...hood needs blower..simple blower..one can buy it online..Doesnt arrive until late December..After numerous calls to Monark and threats of cancellation. This too has greatly delayed completion of kitchen and final inspection. But the real problem it that I was never given an actual price for the total hood. Throughout the hood process I have been repatedly ask for additional money. For this thing and that...for blower for other things Today the instalers are there now wanting1500.00 for installation.. Someone should have told me that the price of the hood is not really the price of the hood.Never using them again.

NO NO NO RUNAWAY! I swear to God this place cant even be a legitimate business the way these idiots run this place. I ordered a stove on June 16th, put 50% down. Long story short-today is September 20th and after calling and emailing for the last 3 weeks almost daily and getting no response, I had to physically walk in there and demand that they give me my 3,600 down payment back.After finally getting a delivery date (because I let the phone ring forever and dialed every extension until I got a live person) I stayed home all day and nobody showed up. And then they had the nerve to tell me that they did show up (despite the fact that I was home the entire day and nobody called or touched my doorbell).When I called to inquire why they didnt show up, nobody called me back. They are liars, they are cheaters, they are incompetent idiots. Do not, I repeat, do not patronize this business.

I found both the salesman and installers to lack knowledge of their own products and to be lacking in a focus on the customer. The salesman either didn’t know or didn’t take the time to look for a dishwasher that would fit my space – I had to look it up myself and tell him what model fit. He also didn’t inform me of lower priced options, e.g., for the very expensive refrigerator, until I did my own research, and he had to be reminded to provide a receipt. The installer made mistakes on the measurements, which I had to fix, and the salesman and installers did not communicate with each other.

Service SUCKS! Went to the San Rafael Store; ordered and paid for Fisher Paykel Dishwasher. Told it would be available in ten days. Returned to the store to order delivery and install. Received call from Arizona office. Scheduled delivery for October 3. Received voice mail from Arizona Office late September 30 saying delivery charge not paid (had never been requested) so No Delivery October 3. Paid Delivery Charge; delivery schedule for Oct 7. Received call from Arizona Office October 6 confirming delivery Oct 7 between 8 am and 12 noon. Received call from Arizona office 9:30 am Oct 7- told warehouse sent email on October 6 stating product is back ordered and will not be available until October 28. Schedulers excuse for not contacting us on October 6-didnt see the email. Told by supervisor why email was not seen-she was on vacation yesterday.
