Was treated like I wasnt supposed to be there! Just picking up ordered parts. Like they didnt want help me ? Im sure it was because Im Mexican! So sad! Never going back unless Im forced buy my job! Dominican University!

Once upon a time, I was impressed with Service at MH.We have purchased a nuber of Big Ticket Items - and have called re service and were treated poorly. The man in Service, F, needs a class, or two, in Customer Service. Really. We will look elsewhere next time.
Great place to go look at high end appliances. Lots of great brands and old fashioned customer service with installation and maintenance.
These people cant even stay at work until the store closes. I called at 5:10pm to inquire about availability of washers and dryers and they said they were currently closed. Too lazy for me to be interested in continuing any further.
I ordered two appliances to support the local business. One was available in the store, another was ordered. By the time of the installation 4 weeks later, the store sold the first appliance and need to order it - 2 more weeks of waiting.Haven’t seen worse installers. One gives a two-hour window in two weeks, but changes it without telling me ahead of time. Then he cancels the last moment. Another installer is more accommodating in terms of time. But the team arrives an hour late, cannot install the appliance properly and fake the job to receive a check. The store is either apologizes without a real help or doesn’t answer a phone.
My elderly mothers microwave died so she hired this company to replace it. They made her wait a week for the new one to come in (Lowes had them in stock) When it came in they showed up and installed it and left. Afew minutes later she went to make some popcorn for her grandchildren, my kids, and the microwave would not work. She immediately called them and their response was, We will make a repair appointment for you for next week. Can you believe that? Evidently the installers either did not check functionality after the installation (I can not even imagine this) to see if it even worked, or they found out that it didnt work and packed up and left quickly.I would not use this company now if ot was the last company in the state.I just do not trust them.
I bought a commercial machine for our spa and honestly have never experienced a worse performance out of any brand at any price. It literally broke in the first week. There was some sort of top crown defect whereby the drum tore away from the frame and plastic shards fell into the bottom of the machine making funny noises.The repair folks came by (Martin & Harris in Marin County, CA) and took most of the shards out but didnt replace the drum and said it would still work. It did for a while but then began making horrible noises like an animal was being tortured in the back room. They ordered the wrong part twice while we went to the laundromat spending hundreds of dollars. I finally called the manufacturer myself and theyd never heard of the problem as Martin & Harris hadnt filed a claim against the warranty even though the parts were being ordered from the manufacturer. I requested a replacement since this machine is surely a lemon, and they refused.I then let them listen to the noise at Speed Queen which shocked them, and they immediately called their chief repairman whod been with the company for many years. Instead of sending the part he recommended, they sent another part. In the meantime the drum and belt were replaced which did nothing. They greased some moving parts which did nothing. Itd been 2 months and we were still waiting for some relief. Finally the store takes the necessary part - the drive bell assembly - from a new machine in the store and installed it into our machine. They cleaned out the rest of the shards which had gotten underneath the shaft and the machine worked well again for about a week.The same noise started again after the the top crown tore away again from the frame. They came over from Martin & Harris to confirm that the improbable was true and finally requested a replacement. Thats been a month ago. Its the third week in January and weve been dealing with this since early October 2018. Its just not worth the hassle to take a risk on this machine. It may have had a good reputation at one time, but at this point Id never buy another one, especially since the service is abysmal. The guys at Martin & Harris are nice enough, but not getting the job done, rarely follow up, and have to be pressed again and again to do anything at all towards resolving the issue.
Got a good deal, easy transaction. Delivery went smooth and very nice to have Paul, the owner take care of ice maker plumbing issue for us. He made an extra trip, no charge. Great service
Dan was great. He alerted us to the fact that the original unit we ordered was substantially smaller than the original. So we went ahead, got the larger one ordered and went with that! We would have been pretty miserable without his guidance. Thank you guys!

Pretty nice show room but the sales people are less than par. Two different days with multiple phone calls to both the Mikes and I am on day 4 and no return calls. Very unprofessional.
Daniel and Sean were here at the appointed time. Daniel installed the dishwasher and disposal in 55 minutes! Magic. Friendly, competent men. Id give 10 stars if I could.
We left, came in to buy a dryer. Waited 15 minutes then left. Very disappointing.
Both sales men were super . They made sure I didnt buy the wrong thing. I am still deciding between 2 models but for sure will buy there.I could have made a 2k mistake without their input.

Have called 3 times asking for a return call. No calls have ever been returned. Havent purchased the dishwasher yet because this non-response makes me leary.
