This is the best a Best Buy store i ever visited. It has items i havent seen in other stores. Also the staff members are available to help. Larry Katzeffs computer knowledge is superb. If i need something again from this store, i have no choice but to come back here again. Recomend!

I love best buy and the geek squad I always get effective and prompt service they have good deals and deliver out to your car so its better than Amazon you can get it same day. If you really need something and its not in stock you can get it relatively close by because they have a lot of bay area stores. I know someone that works in appliances and they told me they dont treat their employees very well shes been there for like 5 years and especially since covid theyre firing people and cutting pay. So thats my only qualm but for me as a customer its pretty good.

I came to this store literally four time trying to return an at&t phone that was delivered 3 weeks late.They sent me back home over and over saying that we had to contact at&t to start the process.They dont care about your time apparently. Next time I am only talking to the manager.

Tried to activate a phone plan, Diego was trying to be helpful but the employee next to him, she was being rude and interrupting throwing her hands up in the air. When I left she tried to walk into me while I tried to avoid her for basic social distancing and she muttered in my ear. She followed me outside and called me names referring to me as a “cracker, can’t afford a phone”. I explained to Diego my situation trying to activate my phone without having a previous phone number. He asked for my old work number but I couldn’t provide it, since I didnt work there. Very rude and dismissive employee. though I do give Diego credit for trying to salvage a screwed up experience.

I use Best Buy for purchasing my laptop computers as I get to try them out for appropriateness. Due to my mobility limitations, trying out a laptops fit -- weight and dimensions -- are extremely important (as is availability).Once again, I wasnt disappointed. Having access to Geek Squad at the location is an added bonus. I recently had a great experience from a Geek Squad technician (Farell) as well as a Best Buy salesperson (William) who worked in tandem to get me the right laptop. I highly recommend their service!

I did not know Best Buy had a warehouse outlet just like Sears. 100s of washers, dryers,refrigerators, and other home appliances. A much better selection than Sears Outlets. Prices were extremely low and the place is huge.

New to the area and trying to obtain computers for multiple offices, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and expertise one would expect when choosing to shop at this business. I cannot rate low enough because of the lack of professionalism or care regarding this in store experience. Best Buy needs to pay closer Attention to their customers.

This review is for the website, if I could give less than one star I most certainly would. Never have I ever experienced such hassle and frustration when purchasing something online. The entire process was nothing but problematic. To start my credit card was flagged for being fraudulent, there is nothing wrong with my credit card as I have used it before and after trying to make a purchase with Best Buy online. I called my credit card and authorized it as my order. Once again I tried making my purchase only to have the address unable to be verified despite it being the address tied to my account and it being my mailing address. Since my address was not able to be verified I tried using my PO box only to see that the specific item I was ordering could not be delivered to my PO box. Running out of options I tried getting it sent to my fathers house and after 4 attempts I saw a welcomed sight, my order had been confirmed! Letting out a sigh of relief I logged out of my Best Buy account and was just about to close my laptop when much to my chagrin I got a text message saying my order had yet again been cancelled. After calling customer service I was told that my account had been locked and I would no longer be able to make purchases online unless I go into my local Best Buy store and show my ID, my credit card, and proof of address. I am disabled and incapable of getting to my local Best Buy store without much pain and difficulty so I shop online out of necessity and despite telling the customer service agent I was unsuccessful in getting any hold on my account waived. To make matters worse the item I tried purchasing five times is only available online, so even if I made it to a store I would be out of luck. Now let me say the customer service agents I spoke to were friendly and were just doing their jobs so my frustration is not placed with them. I dont think I will be doing business with Best Buy any more partly because I am unable to get to a store in person to prove I am who I say I am and partly because this whole ordeal was unnecessarily difficult.

Great customer service at this location! Ive never had a bad experience when coming to this store. Theres always someone there when you need them. The staff are super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was happily surprised they had multiple employees who were well versed in building custom computers. The store is on the small side for a Best Buy. Pretty much no PC building hardware in stock. Definitely much smaller selection of all stock than other stores Ive been to.

I had to pick up a phone I had ordered with a trade in. The mobile department was very helpful. The sales consultant, Noelky, did an amazing job. She went above and beyond. She was able to apply the screen protector on my new phone and also activate the SIM card just to make sure the phone was in working condition before I left the store. She was very kind and patient. Stock is rarely organized staff is overwhelmed by volume of online orders, its a hassle but they fo carry things if you need a keyboard or headphones right away they have a decent selection of very basic pc components as well, ie. Corsair ram, ryzen CPUs, and samsung sata and nvme ssds

Yesterday around 4pm I went to store to buy a video game for my kid for Christmas. Had one of the worst shopping experience ever. When I approached the clerk asking to open the cabinet to get the game she was engaged with I believe a manager who was shopping himself for games. When she opened the cabinet the manger physically stepped in front on me and picked the same game as she thought was good for his present and kept engaging the clerk. After a minute or so I asked if I could get one the manager ironically said “No”. Last time for me in that shop. Customers experience is the only thing that might separate brick and mortar from online and this does it the other way.

They no longer install car cameras, so why advertise it?! I like some of the installation services and Geek Squad, but there are some managers on the floor, who are plain old liars the rep is busy and will be with you in a moment. Come to find out the rep has not even arrived to work. I got upset, no cursing just asking for an explanation. He then called security.

Yes, its a Big Box store with a great price on a great laptop I had to have for work asap. Curbside pickup was fast and easy. The Geek Squad guy who answered my questions a few days later was available by appointment, patient, and reassuring (kind of like a good therapist). A very positive experience.

The guy that helped us was great! He helped my husband find a phone that is going to be a whole lot better than the one he had with the specs i suggested @ a reasonable price. They didnt have a case in stock so the salesperson is having one shipped to our home. A great experience. The store is a bit small & they could have had a better selection of LG phones but all in all, still very good.

And I see that no one from the company bothers to read or reply to these posts. That tells you how concerned they are about their ratings. I bought a 43 in samsung H series tv from this best buy store. And all I wanted to do was hook up my wifi to it, and put it on the wall. And they cant even be consist with their pricing. While I was talking to them to set it up. The price kept changing. It would go from 129 to $219 real fast. And those were quotes for the same work. Because he could not remember what he told me before. And I asked him why, he said it depends on my profile. I spent over $400 on this tv and im not going to pay another $200 just to get it to work. I will return it first, before I do that. That is robbery. I just wanted wifi on it. They must think Im rich. Im 66 years old, and on SSI. I dont have that kind of money. And i dont recommend this store at all.

45 mins on hold to have an uneducated teenager pick up with an attitude lucky they are a chain store because service like that would kill a small store. That’s why zero tears are shed when stores like these are shut down. They act entitled because you are trying to buy something from them but we are the ones keeping your ungrateful butt with a job now I’ll just go to Amazon like everyone else I hope all of your stores close this year.

This is the usual Best Buy with a great selection of products and services. This has been my go to Best Buy for about decade and I cant praise them enough. The staff here is always willing to help. Ive asked them to go into the back to dig through the inventory and theyve done it. No complaints, no questions asked, and with a smile. Theyre quite knowledgeable about their products and I appreciate it.

Nobody welcomed us, asked if we needed assistance finding anything. I had a very simple question. I finally threw myself in front of a swift moving employee, working super hard to not notice me and my I have a questionbody language. He answered my 2 sec. question and his tone turned pleasant after realizing I wasnt going to burden him. Then it was off to find a cashier land.. oh my goodness.. seriously.. Placed an order for curbside pickup instead of delivery, because the site said it would be available within an hour... skip forward to the next day, and we still haven’t heard from Best Buy about picking up our order. When we called yesterday to check on the status of our order, they were not very helpful and told us to wait for the email that would tell us when the order was ready. This is part of why you’re losing against Amazon and Walmart.

Great service in the store. Needed help with a kitchen package and washer/dryer, super efficient and knowledgeable staff. Clay in appliances is fantastic.Unfortunately: TERRIBLE FOLLOW UP!!!!The install was done with different colored pedestals for the washer/dryer. I made an appointment for the tech to come and swap out for the correct colors. No tech showed up, and I’ve been on hold for 33 minutes and counting trying to get an answer as to when someone is coming. No longer as happy a customer.

Collected a 65 TV via curbside delivery. Instructions for pickup were clear but signs indicating pickup zone were not. It took about 20 min for my TV to appear. Web site clearly warns TV should be transported vertically so I brought a truck. Curbside delivery guy didnt know of vertical recommendation and loaded TV flat initially. He did help me flip it up vertically when I asked.

BB has a good assortment of major products at good prices. When I was there today, there were about a dozen sales people standing around doing nothing and not a one was interested in helping me. When I told a salesman that I was shopping for a printer he said, Oh yeah, theyre over there in the back corner. He did not follow me there or ask another sales person to assist me. I left and went to the Staples store nearby and quickly got excellent assistance.

I bought a beautiful new Motorola G7 phone. I could not get my Sprint activated on it right away. Sales rep said that it was the last one. So I bought it. Came back a couple days later to get my Sprint activated with a SIM card. At the end of my visit I asked another sales rep if they had any more Motorola G7. He said yes. I asked... did you get a new shipment in the last couple days? He said no. The first sales rep lied to me. No surprise...trying to make the sale 😮

Needed to return perfectly good phone, because it would not run an important medical app. It was done quickly, politely and with no hassle. The sales person researched which phones would run the app and did the transfer work. Could not have been more pleased!
