The employees appear to be preoccupied at first but when asked they can complete simple tasks in assisting customers. They would benefit from some extra cstomer service classes. L...Their inept not rude.
The staff took 5 minutes to acknowledge the people in line and another 5 minutes to actually start helping us. Consistently bad experiences here
Tried to print photos. Printer has like 10 options for images input, i tried 3 of them and none worked. Finally computer got stuck, I called someone to help two times before lady came and told me she can’t do anything to reboot the computer because they need someone from IT to do it. Nobody cares that i have put credit card in and login to my dropbox to print the photos.
Hand me waiting 5 minutes behind another customer being helped while two other workers were talking about their boba drink and third work walking by cracked a joke. Finally the boba worker put her drink down and decided to do their job. Go to a different store for better customer services and less wait.
I got passport photos taken here and they were terrible. There was a dark shadow on one side of my face. I mentioned it to them and they just blamed the lighting at the time of the day. They didn’t try to take another one with proper flash.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful whenever I am there. Great store.
I visited FedEx office first time I want to some print for USA embassy. She guided us very well for good print and good price.Veitoa “ is such a very kind and cheerful girl .. she is doing great job .. thank you very much 🙏🏻

Been here a few times and Veitoa is always super friendly and helpful... although it does seem like theres not enough staff
Tonight while making copies at 750 4 people came in .I needed better copies so I had to wait for Gina to finish with everyone else. At 815pm they left and I asked for better quality. She Made 3 Copies And BASICALLY Told Me I Had To leave because their closed. I said I had to wait for u to finish so even though Im not done u tell a customer who waited Oh well were coded so too bad? She said yeah basically!!. I would never tell my customers that. Poor service
I am not technically savvy and was grateful for the swift, efficient, and friendly assistance given to at the San Mateo store by by Ramon on Sunday afternoon February 9. We got the printing and collating of a report I needed for a meeting. Thank you Ramon. Thank you FedEx.Brian Jenkins
Horrible service! No sense of urgency, you’ll just be told to “hold on,” if you need any assistance.For example, I needed a Sharpie or black marker (something relatively basic that should already be available without me needing to ask). Two employees were happily conversing about their bs when i asked them for a marker. I was rudely told by the manager to “hold on,” endlessly. I eventually was unable to label the box appropriately with what i needed to, and had to make do using a less desirable option.Apparently lack of care and empathy is common at this store, and it shows. Manager doesn’t give af and neither do the employees. Unfortunately customer service is meaningless to FedEx as a whole and no matter where you go, the service is generally bad. This one just happens to be worse than the others because they’re actually rude on top of being lazy.
I ship boxes of documents often in my profession, and typically always rely on FedEx to get it done efficiently and fairly. My office has an account with FedEx and normally I am able to just drop the box off with the shipping label already on the box and ready to go.Not at this location - total shakedown. Per this location, the bankers boxes that we ALWAYS ship with are insufficient to ship paper, and this location refused to accept my box for shipment. Instead, I had to wait while the staffperson explained to me why my box was insufficient, and then she charged me $9 to use their box instead.What a waste of time, money, and cardboard. The $9 in this instance is no big deal, but when this location does that over and over, it is an added revenue stream for them on a manufacturer policy.Go elsewhere. They know that people shipping boxes likely dont have time to go to a different FedEx, so patrons just pay the money. But it is a total shakedown.
Employees were working super slow. There were only three employees working the day I went in the store. There were two lady had been severed over 30 minutes.
Absolutely the slowest store!!! Give yourself at least an hour here!! They are very short staffed. Only one person here at 10:30am!!
NEVER EVER GO HERE. Downtown parking. Nearby garage charges per hour. Just wanted to drop off a package. Can you tell me what it is were shipping for you? No, its prepaid, will you just let me drop it off? This is the ONLY FEDEX LOCATION Ive ever been asked to describe my contents to while dropping off. They dont have a simple drop box or any simple employee saying oh just here, they act like youre interrupting them to drop off your eBay paid package.And its downtown, so you have the 20 out of 10 stress of trying to find parking. Complete f***ing NIGHTMARE!!

Ive been here many times to send packages or get book binding services. Never had any issues so far. Staffs are quite nice, too.
Very slow. Huge line. Avoid this location if you can. The best Ive found is the UPS near Wendys in Belmont.
Sorry to have to say this, but my one and only experience at this FedEx location leaves me exasperated. Very slow, disjointed service! After waiting patiently for a simple service, shredding of one bag of documents, I then am rung up and paid for by the male employee (his manners were fine, not super friendly but ok), only to have him leave my job on the counter to help other customers, who came in after me. ! Um, hello?!? I spoke up and told him I had waited patiently for my turn and could he please take care of the task ( I like to wait to confirm documents have gone into the bin). He did agree to do this, saying it takes awhile to get the documents into the bin. ! Yes, Im aware of this and I also waited for my turn. One person at a time. ! Even the guy who he had begun to help after he took my $$ heard me and said please finish helping her first. I have to say the experience wasted alot of time, which most of us dont have surpluses of. Next time Ill stick with the FedEx on El Camino near 42nd, they never make me wait this long.
Limited parking. The staff was helpful in getting my stuff shipped. Fedex in general is not very good at delivering packages on time. This is the last time I use them for shipping my tools.
Only useful for drop off nowadays. This place was always painfully slow. Ive shipped often for the last seven years, and never expected to spend less than half an hour here. Id batch shipments to save on the time suck; the five bucks fee to package items was actually a good deal, Id make em do it while I filled customs paperwork. Last half year or so, the staff partially turned over and you cant even get anything done. Good luck if your situation is at all abnormal. My last visit, neither myself or the three other customers I saw accomplisjed anything. Hint: you can do all this stuff online if you have fedex boxes and a scale. I have come just for boxes and forms but they are perpetually out of those too.
I brought in a box to return to a company with a prepaid label and the guy behind the counter was telling me he was giving me a break for charging me for filler in the Box. There was no reason to have filler and acting like he was doing me a favor. The guy argued with me and so I left, who hires these people really?!

Worst customers service. Theres always lines because their staff is constantly busy on the computers doing projects for customers that arent in line instead of helping anybody in line. Even when you ask them to help you, they keep telling you one second, one second. Its the worst FedEx in our area for customer service.
Employees must approve content before printing. This makes life difficult as a designer trying to print comps and test images.

Get cards and photos printed for games and scrapbooks. Sometimes its slow, but they get the job done. Prices are cheap, especially if you bring your own paper or card stock.
Wonderful, friendly customer service - helped out with packing my box into another box carefully with their own paper and the bubble wrap that I brought along for extra cushioning. Thanks again for the help!

I was helped by a guy with a salt-and-pepper beard who was very polite and helpful. I saw an older lady there who clearly didnt understand how to mail something, and they were being patient with her too.
After waiting about 5 min, told the counter person that Id like an electronics box, no we dont have those. I point to the sign where they list the three sizes of electronics box they offer for sale. oh, yes those, we do have them. so ok can i buy one? they look astonished but finally I convice them to sell me a cardboard box with foam in it for about 9 bucks and then they want me to pay them $10 more for them to pack it. thanks but Ill pack it myself I say, so the counter person looks miffed and tells me they cant give any instruction how to work the cardboard box, whaat? yeah thats ok its all printed right on the box, I tell them, see? 1. open box, 2. put item in the foam pocket in the box, 3. close box, 4. tape box, (gosh I need instruction to do that). meanwhile the counterperson goes on about their packing services which i just said i didnt want for another couple of minutes, Im trying to be polite but there is a reason why i want to send my thing express.....

While waiting eons in line at FedEx I witnessed a meltdown of catastrophic proportions. A certain employee that looked like a fat angry jack sparrow started yelling at customers and even called one gentleman obnoxious. Needless to say I immediately turned for the exit to make a speedy escape. Avoid this location at all cost!
I walked in at 10 in the night and still the guys in the store, an oldman and a youngster, were kind enough to accept my item.I really appreciate their patience.
They have all the services and a pretty helpful staff.
Friendly staff, they usually give you a call around 6-6:30pm if you have something on hold in their location
$10 for a single card stock printed page because having an employee help me print an image four times on a page counts as image manipulation.
