Excellent customer service. I went there to fix my sunglasses I bought online. The staff did it for free and were super polite. Will go there for my next sunglass shopping

Who locks their customers in their stores while shopping? This store. I had my kid with me too! Covid or no covid I will no longer purchase sunglasses from Sunglass Hut. Most uncomfortable experience shopping. There is no reason to lock customers inside ever!!

I walked in this Sunglass hut at Macy’s in Hillsdale mall. I like a Ray Ban and turn to ask the associate to check it out but she walked away from me. I asked the other sales people and found out she was gone. The store closes at 9:00 and she left us unattended at 8:30 and left as she never cared. Thats not how you take care of your customers.
