Great response. I called the morning when I found a problem with my garage door, and Dan was at my home by 2 pm. He fixed the problem quickly and took time to explain what had happened. He was neat and professional. Great family oriented business.

Amazing job. i called in the morning and after telling him the issue, he gave me an estimate of the work and time and was even able to come in 10 mins. danny came and put the two cables back and readjusted the spring tension. he even nailed back the side panel without me asking and also oiled up the wheels. he also swapped out the garage door seal since i mentioned that there was a small gap on one side and made sure there is no more gap by adjusting the door. overall, he did an amazing job and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a garage door repair.

I had a problem with my door opening at random. The open door let out my husky and one of my three cats in the dark, in the rain. The animals returned. The next day, the door opened again while I was out. I called and they sent someone over immediately. Rob installed an entire new system in very short order so my problem is solved. With my garage being attached to the house, an open door would allow anyone inside to take whatever they wanted. I now feel secure in the knowledge this won’t happen again. Very prompt, courteous service.

I called for an appointment yesterday. Tony from Alert Door Service came today and replaced the springs on my garage door. He was very professional and methodical. He, Darlene and Lynn are the reason why I will continue to do business with Alert Door Service. I am a very satisfied repeat customer!
