When I called the guy whats like what then when I was trying to tell him about my car he hung up. I called again and hes like yeah amigo wassupIdk what kind of customer service is that maybe dont answer the phone again who ever that was. Honestly sounds like hes busy but still learn how to talk to clients.

Amazing! Brought my own stuff, oil and filters and got it changed for $30. Not to mention they also reset my service light as well! I thought Id have to do it myself but nope! Id reccomend for E39 owners.

Friendly, fast, great hours. We stopped looking for places in town and traveled all the way to San Mateo to keep coming here. Already have an auto mechanic in the household so we only go here for things we cant handle without a shops equipment, and its easy to tell they are efficient and good at prioritizing, very clear and straightforward when giving descriptions of what happened with the car.

I recently went to Autotronics for a new set of tires for my 2014 Acura TL. Noel met the online price and worked with me to schedule the best time to have them installed. Great service, great price and super nice. I would definitely recommend them for auto service.

Within 10 miles from our destination to visit out-of-town friends one Saturday, our Check Engine light came on. We called AAA, and even though they referred us to Autotronics, we were out-of-town and still skeptical. But almost immediately, we felt at ease as we could feel a great weight starting to life from our shoulders. While speaking with them, we began to feel more confident they would be honest and thorough. As first time customers far from home, we were put more at ease finding out we would be given one of their loaner cars free of charge (just replenish gas). That was one less thing to worry about! So we left our car and were to return when we could during the week or even the following Saturday.After a couple updates and conversations on Monday, no trouble was replicated. Testing was continued, but still no problem showing up. After three days, they decided we could continue to use our car, but added there were a couple other minor problems we could have our own mechanic back home take a look at.Maybe some other garages/car dealers would have stressed the work and other optional work done immediately to give them more business, but Autotronics was more than honest, and in this way, have made satisfied customers, not ones who might wonder if they are being taken for a ride. Lol!After picking up our car on Saturday, we found it had been washed with an activity box left in it to try out if we desired (I think we will let our friends son try it out😊). We havent had any problems recurring and will always remember the time Autotronics in Cameron Park came to our rescue - taking a stressful time away from us and putting it on their shoulders!We happily and confidentally sent the $30 off new customers or free standard oil change teferral card to our friends who live near the Autotronics of Cameron Park.Thanks again from a couple of very satisfied customers...
