Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They have an area where I could test mow the machine that I eventually purchased. No pressure, very easy going people. I bought my Stihl chainsaw there a few years ago from the same guy. Small town feel and I love that. Prices are always good, even during this supply chain thing. This is definitely the place to go, although I dont really care where you go.

I drive past many Stihl dealers as I now live in a neighboring city to get to Powerhaus. I return because of the service and expertise. Michael has always been knowledgeable and helpful with my purchases.

Referred to this company by a friend after my husbands chain saw quit. He could not say enough about this place and after visiting, I knew why. Not only did they repair the original chain saw, I explained it was so heavy for me to handle and recommended a smaller one for me. I purchased it and love it!!! Went in recently to have both serviced for the year and began explaining the weed-eater I recently purchased was so disappointing for many reasons. A man approached me (Michael) and not only listened to my issue, he recommended a lighter weight one which I decided to purchase, mainly because I already had established a trust with these guys. They put it together and showed me how to use it. BTW.....the weed-eater is the bomb! Thank you guys, I will not go ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Power Haus has always been great in servicing my power equipment of all types.Their prices for service, parts and new / used equipment are both fair and competitive. You also need to call them 1st when trying to find parts. They are likely to have the right part that you need or get the right one PDQ.The difference between Power Haus and ALL others is that they are highly knowledgeable, experienced in every type of power equipment, and honest. When you find such a combination -- one better hold on to them, just like youre wise to do so with a car mechanic once you find the one.

Bought two stihl chainsaws in the last six months, brought in one on day two after purchasing with a minor problem, and Michael threw a fit. Instead of kindly addressing my mistake, he slammed my saw down and acted like a real brat. I like to support small businesses, but not this one ever again.

I hated my Stihl blower. Didn’t buy it here but went to get a new blower. Rather than take advantage of my opinion and sell me a new blower they educated me on how to correctly use my blower. Operator error, as usual. Got my mower turned, the price and quality of work was great. As a Marine I have come to despise the civilian “ It’s good enough” attitude. Good enough gets people killed. This place is phenomenal!!! They are friendly, professional, courteous, efficient, attention to detail, very well priced, I can’t say enough. I live close by but even if I lived in Austin it would be worth the drive. Superb business!!!

Wow! What a great experience I had with these folks. I was after an Echo 2520 Blower. A model not readily available at the orange big box store. IT had to be ordered. Also the big box was selling it for 50 bucks more than MSRP. Power Haus had it in stock (their website told me so) and beat the big box price by far. I was greeted at the door by Michael. Immediately I thought, here comes the sales man. Not true at all. Michael asked me a few basic questions to understand my needs and talked with me about a few questions I had from doing my own research. After our exploratory conversation, Michael led me to the 2520. He knew his product well. We made the sale and Michael filled it up with swanky gas, walked me outside and went over all the controls. He showed me the most efficient way to start the machine and answered my few questions about that. Again, what a great experience - I came away with a great product and a great education on that product. Ill be doing all of my future business with you folks. Thanks!
