This review is long overdue! We recently leased our first commercial space for our new dog grooming salon and needed to find a solution for cleaning the floors as part of preparing them for an epoxy finish. We werent sure which type of equipment would work best and reserved one that was too big and powerful for our small job. Kelly arrived to deliver it, recognizing the problem. He was incredibly kind and knowledgable in explaining the problem to us. He didnt reprimand us or make us feel silly in this situation. Rather, he went above and beyond by quickly providing us with an alternative piece of equipment that we were able to successfully use. He was so awesome truly uplifted our family during a very stressful phase of our salon construction. I cant recommend him and the QC Power Clean team highly enough. Amazing service and a huge, huge, heart!
