I took my diamond wedding band in to have the main diamond tightened. I took it on Monday, got it back on Thursday. I live in Dallas, when I have ever taken a piece in to my local Helzberg, it is gone for at least 1 week. But, usually 2. Sometimes as long as 6 weeks. I was very happy with the turn around at this store in San Marcos. The people there have always been very nice and easy to work with. I also took my granddaughters ring in to be sized. It was ready the next day. Awesome!!!

Very bad service! My son went to this place to get weddings rings for him and his beautiful wife. What should of Been a great experience turned out to be a nightmare. First the rings were going to be ready by Friday morning but that didnt happen. Then when they were ready the sizes were wrong. Only good thing was they did offer a military discount.

Bought a Seiko watch here a couple of years ago. When the battery died, I went in this week to get it replaced. $16 for a three-minute battery replacement that I couldve probably bought at the store for three bucks. Since I bought the watch there, I expected theyd just charge for the battery. If thats the level of service-after-the-sale they provide, Ill spend my money on future purchases elsewhere.
