Hired them to dump black tanks from a travel trailer in storage. Missed the original date and time, then finally got someone out and double billed me for the service. Just got a collections notice from them that indicates it’s not the first one they sent, it’s the first I received. A second driver showed up the week after they had performed the service and had called me to ask where the trailer was. I indicated the service was already performed. No internal communication. Dear united services if this isn’t resolved in writing by august 6th I will be forwarding to the attorney general for frivolous Billings
