Travis was wonderful...Im very picky & tried on several rings before I decided which one I wanted. He was very patient & I felt like I got one hell of a deal, we bought all 3 rings .. my engagement ring, my wedding band & my soon to be husbands!! I am very pleased with the customer service and the way I was treated... I see a lot of negative reviews because of the wait time and I understand but also people need to understand this is the outlet mall we are getting an awesome deal and I have been there before when they are backed up... dont let the negativity about the wait worry you... for the price you are going to get .. it is well worth the wait!! People just need to relax and remember your at the Outlets... yes you will wait but you are going to save a lot of money!! I am very satisfied and Kays will continue to have my business.

Weve had a horrible experience from day one, my ring was taken in for repairs with a return within 2 weeks. I received a call from the store manager Kim to inform me that they lost my ring in transit. It was believed to have been stolen by the Carrier service. I was obviously upset with the news after all it was my engagement ring. I was told to think about what I wanted to do to make things better. After a week of thinking about it and talking it over with my husband we decided we wanted the money back instead of another ring. Kim would not except this answer, responding with Ive already dealt with so many other people, its not my problem. I just have to get you into another ring. Ive already ordered a replacement for you. I thought wow without even talking it over with me you assumed I wanted another ring when it was made clear to me the other people who had lost their items were upgraded. Being frustrated with the constant I dont care attitude from her I called customer care. I was connected with Lori a higher up customer care agent. I told Lori about my experience and requested for a refund for the rings both my engagement and wedding band.lori convinced me to allow them to try to make amends by replacing the prongs on the original piece with platinum in order to strengthen the piece. Unfortunately she was not able to follow through on the promises as the store manager Kim had neglected to tell her the piece order never came in, then when the second piece came in Kim made the decision SHE did not like the new prongs and sent the piece back to be changed to a 3 prong instead of 4 prong with out consulting with either Lori or me about the decision. After 3 months of waiting I finally decided to let the situation dissolve but was again convinced that Lori would make sure my ring was in store for pick up the next day. Believing that Lori had kept her promise I went to the store to pick up the new ring and go figure the new ring was completely the wrong size it was very big on me. Even with the sizing beads in place. With extreme disappointment I called Lori to let her know I wanted a refund as originally requested when she agreed I let her know I was going to return to the store later that night to return the wedding band and receive my refund. Up on arrival we spoke with the clerks and got the refund started only to find out it could not be processed until the next day because Lori had not given the store the necessary over ride code. I will be returning to the store tomorrow in hopes that I do not have to jump through any more hurdles.

I heard a wise, wealthy man say, a store is only as good as its return policy. I was in a rush and had to buy a watch. I stopped in here to buy a cheapy in sell for 100 bucks. It worked less than 45 days. I came to return it. They have me a store policy line I didnt buy, but I did ask them to throw the watch away. I didnt have time to argue, but the watch was garbage... This isnt really like a jewelry store, its like a pawn shop

I had a great exprience at this location. I got great deals as well as great service. I like this store way better than the New Braunfels location and the Rolling Oaks Mall location. Carl took care of my needs. No problems with my repairs. Came in earlier than expected. I even recived an email on who worked on my ring plus when it was sent back to the store.

I went in to look at tungsten carbide wedding bands and to find out if I was still size 15 I was then I was wondering about thickness of rings and then they showed me several different rings in a 6 + 7 + 8 and 9 mm thickness I got to see them up against my finger and I finally decided on an 8 millimeter even though I wasnt buying the ring there they were very helpful very sweet and I intern got rid of the horrible evil wasp or yellow jacket whichever that was inside their front door hahaha

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Started a custom wedding band order back in May, just recieved the ring today on July 18th when the wedding was July 5th and the ring was originally promised back on July 1st. They kept pushing back the promise date every time I called or went into the store. We got married without the ring. Just recieved the ring 13 DAYS AFTER THE WEDDING!! They offered me an in store credit card for $300 but I am definitely not satisfied with that considering my ring is $1200 And extremely overdue and on top of that they didnt even resize the engagement ring like I asked. Theres been a huge lack of communication with the employees and especially Carl who we started this order with. Ive been doing business with Kay for over 6 years but after this I think Im pretty much done with this business. Ive been in contact with corporate over this matter to hopefully make some progress with this disastrous customer service.

Recently got my rings resized and soldered together. Unfortunately nobody at the store gave me a heads up that the rings would actually be a half size smaller once put together, so now I cannot wear my beautiful rings that Ive waiting 2 1/2 weeks for. Very upsetting.
Took in my necklace to have repaired was told that was going to be called when ready after waiting two weeks I called and they said yes it’s ready for pick up when I arrive to the store they have informed me that my necklace was broke in seven pieces then was told that it was going to be taking care of now it’s going on over a month and still have not received any information on my necklace going to the store today to put my foot down hope I get a new one Carl there store manger probably has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with
