Accessibility: lots of parking available, but no specific handicap parking. Also did not see a ramp to get onto the sidewalk unfortunately. The parking lot is always pretty so be careful going through here. The door to enter the building is a single pull door and its a little bit heavy.Experience: going up to this place, one of the first things I noticed was the cute door handle! Its a big pink spoon! I have been to many Baskin-Robbins but this is the first one I have seen with this fun door handle! Absolutely love it. Coming inside, it is very empty inside. All the tables are pushed to the side and there are no chairs. There is a sign up that says no indoor dining (8-22-2021), but there are 3 tables outside the store, on the side of the store, with chairs attached to the tables (you cannot move them). There were two people/women working today and they were super kind, greeting me the second I came in, answering all my questions and laughing and talking with me. Excellent customer service! These two people seemed like they enjoyed being there and it was really a pleasant experience inside! I ordered a chocolate shake to go and it was great. :)Thank you to this Baskin-Robbins and these two awesome employees!

Went in and the employees were eating, which is fine I get it but then the woman proceeded to scoop my ice scream with ungloved hands after eating with her hands and sushi of all foods!!!! Employees seriously need to be retrained about food and health hazards.

Customer service was excellent! The store uncared for and was very dirty not cleaned at all. Especially behind the counter. The young lady was very kind friendly and welcoming. Going above and beyond her duties. Accommodating to customers and making sure they were well served.

This ice cream location has one of the best ice creams available. However, the store doesnt seems to have enough cups for shakes, and some ice cream flavors.Our recent visit wanted two large chocolate shakes, but they didnt have any large cups. On our previous visit they didnt have any chocolate ice cream.

Went to get ice cream for my kids today and i did not see any sanitary precautions from the employee, no washing hands, no gloves, he was, touching money and then graving the cups with his bare fingers inside the cups. I feel extreme precautions are really important, since we are still going through covid-19 quarantine.

I have been to many Baskin Robbins stores across the country, however, this one is by far one of the best ones Ive been to! The staff was excellent, they greeted me with a warm welcome and a taste of anything I wanted. They were training a new employee, so it took them a tad bit longer with my order, but it was complete and everything tasted and looked good! I was impressed, so I came back a few days later to order a cake. The Manager there, Chris, was so helpful and pleasant to deal with! And our cake was beautiful and tasted great. I recommend this store to anyone who wants great service and delicious Ice Cream.

I had a big order for a friends party and the gentleman working was very helpful. I cant remember his name, unfortunately, but he made the rare visit easy. As far as the products go, theyre just slightly above average. Nothing mind-blowing. Hopefully all the employees are as awesome as mystery employee!

The employees provided great customer service. They were friendly & patient. A flock of customers arrived after I had ordered (families w/kids & couples) but they remained calm. Positive attitudes are key to a pleasant experience. Their professionalism was evident.

Ordered a birthday cake for my son. We paid up front and requested minimal frosting, with purple and gold coloring. The store had our email address and cell numbers, however did not inform us until pickup that they didn’t have gold coloring and “make all the cakes with the same frosting.” When asked why they didn’t call us to suggest alternate options, staff responded, “you can pick one of these cakes instead.”How about, no? If you can’t make the cake we ordered and paid for, that’s fine. Just let us know so we can order it elsewhere. An all purple cake with too much frosting should go over great at our son’s bday party. Thanks Baskin-Robbins (not).

Service was great. Even the tables were clean. Lots of choices and with 4 picky kids that was great. Prices in evenings are good compared to daytime ones so total for 6 was ok

DONT EVER ORDER A BIRTHDAY CAKE HERE.I wish I had bothered to read the Yelp reviews before booking through the Baskin-Robbins website. Not sure why the google reviews are reasonable, their yelp reviews are terrible.I ordered a custom cake that was supposed to be picked at 2 PM but they called just before 12 PM saying their cake person didnt do it and they couldnt have it ready on time but I could take any off the shelf. If I wanted to do that, i wouldnt have bothered with ordering a custom cake.Adding fuel to the fire, instead of being apologetic and just cancelling my order and returning the money to me, they had to gal to say that they couldnt give a refund. Their owners policy Heba is that if I wanted a refund, I had to come to the store to get it in person. Theres a reason that this store has so much poorer reviews than all the other ones. When talking with their attendent on the phone, I requested their owner/manager to call me and then again when I went to their store. No call. Terrible Customer Service.No way im trusting baskin-robbins with my cakes in the future.

Ive gone several times and they mostly never have any flavors. I gave them a 3 star rating because this time they did have more flavors. I was only able to get 1 strawberry shake because there bearly was any strawberry left.

4th time Ive been there in a month with my kids. They seem to never have anything. They are always out of something. For a month Ive wanted this warm fudge and they never have brownies, or MILK!!! THEY are always out of milk. Today was the worst. Sunday afternoon and lots of people were bothered when they were told they were out of ALOT of things. Not going back to this location. Gave it too many chances. O

I am extremely frustrated with this location. I tried to resolve the issue in store, and it was not resolved to my satisfaction...sadly I am going to warn others. I stopped by to look at cakes last week and one of the workers suggested that I order online. I ordered my daughters birthday cake over the weekend and received my email receipt that the cake would be ready afternoon of Monday the 13th. I showed up an hour later than it was supposed to be ready to give them ample time. The store worker told me they never received an online order and that their online system was not working. I explained that I had a birthday party at home and asked what I should do about that after showing him my accurate receipt. He was very nice and offered me one of their cookie pies, not for free however, and said he could order a 1/3 sheet cake to be ready at 5:30 on the 14th. My husband showed up on the 14th to pick up the cake, and the cake designer said that he had been told it was for the 15th and had not made it. My husband had a receipt stating the 14th. So, my husband had to sit there while the cake designer made our cake. The cake designer made the cake too small, but we had no choice but to take it or ask for our money back and have no cake. I am furious. No apology was given. We had planned on ordering two other cakes there this month and I have to drive an hour out of my way to go to a different store. I dont know how their cones are, but I sure as heck would not order a cake from them.

The first thing that hits you about this place is the smell. I am not a picky smell person, so I know it was funky in there. Then that it was suprisingly warm in there. It looked clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices are in the median range for icecream. We went outside to try to enjoy our icecream. We got to sit on a littered, 10 year old, dirty bench and table, under a molding baskin robins awning, where we were promptly joined by a smoking, homeless person. Maybe it was an off day?

Decently clean but staff could use a little customer service training as they do not smile nor are they friendly. Know that prices of Baskin-Robbins ice cream cakes vary from location to location based on their rent costs.

Great ice cream of course. Though, it was hard to believe it was allowed to be operated by a staff of one. We had to wait for some time.

To make a long story short - the kid input the order my dad swiped his card it went through. Dad said did you get my soda? The kid said no - it didnt go through and to swipe again. My Dad said, Are you sure? It said approved? No it didnt go ahead and swipe again. So he swiped his card again. And of course it had gone through both times. And of course the manager on shift wouldnt refund either order. Im so disgusted with the experience we had I cannot even go back into it to tell you what a shifty, cowardly irresponsible kid the manager on shift was. After claiming to be the manager on shift he refused to give his name or any sort of identification - even just his name. He had me so upset! And just continued to antagonize me, I think this kid tops my worst customer service experince in my life! No process of service complaint resolution, diffusion or service satisfaction recovery. No aplogy for the inconvience - no anything! Just a rude little snot who wants to brag about being the head chili cheese fry maker but refuses to take ownership of what happens on premise in the course of his daily reign. Still waiting to hear from the General Manager, still waiting to find out why this baskin robbins 31 flavors thinks theyre going to get 40 sum dollars for a 20 dollar order. 😡😠 And the company boast their creadibilty and trust worthiness...

This place is nasty, 90 degrees inside the store it was dirty and unkempt, and the light fixtures and ceiling tiles had black stains, the service was slow, I will find a new place to get s cool treat as the owner takes no pride in this store.

Bree put a bunch of ice in the blender to make my shake. When I asked why, she said to make it thicker. I suggested that is what the ice cream was for. Im not kidding on this next part. She donned a glove and reached into the container and picked out the ice. Then proceed ed to blend the 2 scoops of ice cream and milky substance. This is what they charge $6.99 for. Horrible experience.

I worked at this store a couple of months back right after the new store owner took over and was a lead full time over the summer when I was on break from school. The owners name is long but he goes by Mac he also has another store in Encinitas....Anyways just settled with Mac for over a thousand dollars because he treats his employees like garbage and never let me or anyone take any breaks or lunches. Not paying me for hrs worked etc..He is obviously new to owning any business. He told me that he was pretty much pitched this business deal by some lady did the numbers an said he thought he could make some money. Idk how if he keeps doing his employees wrong I know of lots of other ppl who didnt get breaks and have been there a lot longer then I was which was about a month before I had talked to Mac explaining my unhappiness with how things were bring handled. Two days later he fired me at the end of my shift with no reason. Actually he had someone else do it lol I have never been fired on my life from anywhere but Im not to excited about using baskin Robbins on my resume as it is.What was most frustrating was seeing customers come in so upset because of a valid issue and complaint And then we have to tell the customer Im sorry and we cant help them. That girl Elizabeth talking about rigorous training is full of it she trying real hard to get a higher position.Bottom line... Go anywhere but here! I dont want to even get into some of the things we found in the ice cream buckets 😖

My family and I are ice cream fans.only this time my toddler whom is potty training had to go#. And when asked to use the facilities just for her emergency I was told to go elsewhere. I will never again visit a basken Robbins.

If I was able to put 0 stars I would. This establishment is dirty the manager Matt is always extremely rude constantly slamming the blenders shut and throwing things in the sink. This is not the first time Ive experienced this kind of behavior from him. I will not be going back as long as he works there.
