Love this store and the whole TRUE RELIGION BRAND 💯

First, the customer service is seriously lacking here. No greeting, no nothing from any of the four or five staff. I dont need to be catered to, but a simple hello is appreciated. Two, the quality of TR jeans seems... off. I cant tell if theyve gone downhill or if it was because I was at an outlet, but I couldnt find a single pair that was flattering, and I dont generally have a difficult time finding jeans. Ill find somewhere else to try these on and decide if this brand is even worth buying anymore.

Iv been wearing tru religion jeans for the last few years now i love them!!!! It was my first time in the san marcos store!! The customer service was horrible!!!!!! Theres 5 employees just standing around not helping anyone they dont greet you when you walk in or anything!!! And mind these pants go for 250 300 dollors a pair easily. Love the clothes!!! Id recommend finding and different store to get them though!!!!!

Very lazy staff at this location. Did not volunteer to help us at one one instant and acted rather stuck up. Had to wait for the credit card machine to work. Very poor substandard service.
