Staff during my visit today were very helpful! Only issue was finding my size for their flannel shirts since most L’s were sold out.

One of those locations with a friend to purchase some boots the 3 gentlemen that was setting up front that was employed there roughly 18 to 25 years old was conversating although they did greet us up on entering the store they did not help us locate any type of items or a see if we need Ed assistance in purchasing items we did leave this location without purchasing and agree to purchase online.

Selection is ok, easier to.order some things online !

Not any cheaper than any other store in a san Antonio mall.i understood outlets were supposed to be less costly. Hmmmm

Being from NYC, to me its a Urban fashion hit.. TIMS has many more styles now, good job. When Im in Austin Texas I always support the shoppes @ San Marcos.

When you turn into the center, take a right at the light and drive almost all the way back. Its on the right. I went there to look at some boots I saw on line. Only to find out they dont have the boots you see on line. I did buy a pair there in early 2018 and Ive been very happy with them. The people there were friendly enough and helpful.

Didnt have socks or many boots in stock said you had to order online

A good place to go for different kinds of shoes, socks or clothes that have a more outdoors feel. Friendly and helpful workers were around asking to help.

Store associates here do not care if youre her to shop or not. You will not be greeted when you walk in.2 male & 1 female employee were standing around the middle of the store when we walked in and never moved a foot to provide any customer service to anyone. They were just talking about other brands. At least 2 other groups of shoppers came in and were given the same treatment.

Nice to have a Timberland in the outlet mall. Great company.

Awful customer service on 10/23/17 from Garrett K. Who claims to be the manager.Very condescending and very sarcastic and rude with his responses. I never get this type of service where I live in Vegas Timberland stores.We were in and out in less then 15 minutes, and this manager was weird from minute one.We were visiting San Antonio for my brother’s wedding and decided to go to Oasis restaurant in Austin on Monday and stopped at the outlet stores on our way back.I was all excited when I located the store, but I just couldn’t let this horrible attitude approach from Garrett to go undocumented.Store:00180Register:001Cashier:Garrett K.Associate:00000002013Transaction:1363710/23/17. 4:06 pm

Decent items, expected price but customer service was terrible tonight. I was literally the only person in the store shopping for boots. Half hour and nobody ever said a word to me or asked if I needed help. The young man and female employee talked up front.
