Do not come here if you enjoy constantly being followed. Even more so if you’re black or possibly any other type of minority. We walked inside just to look at the items that were on display and noticed that one of the floor workers were constantly following us around. A few moments later, two Hispanic couples walk inside and they were not questioned or followed around by the other floor workers that were at the front. I find it very disrespectful to find people suspicious solely based on their skin color. I do not plan on giving this store my money ever.

Had an incredible experience shopping at the YSL at San Marcos Premium Outlets. Alyssa was the sales representative who assisted me. She was very helpful in showing me all of the potential items in my size until we settled on the perfect jacket for me. She handled the shipping of my jacket to my home as I was visiting on vacation. The jacket arrived perfectly. Great customer service and I look forward to many more purchases. Highly recommend visiting YSL and asking for Alyssa.

Where as their neighbor Michael Kors had a huge line of people trying to get in, there was nobody in Saint Laurent during a peak hour, of our visit lmao. The selection here is very minimal, especially when it comes to men’s products. I don’t recall getting her name but the red-haired lady attended us, she was pretty friendly. The other two employees looked like they were bored out of their minds. Also, It seems like they’re getting relocated on the other side of their strip, hopefully in a much better looking boutique.

Love the store but don’t understand how someone as unprofessional as “Miguel” is qualified to run itI don’t feel it’s necessary to give what had happened but you can do better than that saint Laurent San Marcos.

Adeline is literally THE BEST Sales Professional Associate I have ever dealt with at all the high end stores I have been to. If you go into Saint Laurent she is who you wanna deal with right away. Shes nice about everything and very welcoming and such a joy to deal with. 5 Stars for her! The other SAs are very nice as well btw!

Nice shopping experience and a fun selection of bags. I found a velvet handbag perfect for the holidays and a bright yellow bag perfect for summer and both were marked half off. We’ll definitely be back!

Just an FYI...we were turned away for not accepting their hand sanitizer. If you have allergies or had sanitized repeatedly at the prior 5 stores it doesn’t matter, no entry for those that won’t scrub down with their stuff.

I went in the other day and honestly adeline and another man were the only ones to help me. Ms. Adeline and the other man were extremely friendly but some nasty looking slender man kept giving me and my party dirty looks and told another associate to keep watch on us AFTER we had already purchased our items. Like really sir... We spent 3.5K in the store. Do you think we want to steal ONE LEFT SHOE. Was it because of our skin color that you couldnt greet us, talk to us and even rolled your eyes at us. If you dont like your job or if you think your better than everyone else, let me just say slender man youre not!!!5 STARS FOR ADELINE AND NONE FOR SLENDER MAN.
