Vernonica is the sweetest person! She helped me select several pieces earlier this spring and I keep coming back because of her. I have visited the store many times throughout the summer and everyone has been so helpful and kind- Kari, Ellen, Tara, Alyssa, and the two or three gentlemen Ive passed in there (sadly dont remember their names), are all genuinely courteous and helpful. A big thank you to everyone for helping to make my shopping days even better!

Sad to say my cologne didnt work out😏. But I love the store, and one the sales associate was wearing a black Prada dress that was🔥🔥.

Good variety, good people

I bought a suit, shoes, tie, as well as a sweater and jeans from a prada outlet outside Florence Italy in 2015. Was a really good experience with the sales associate. This was not that experience here in San Marcos. The sales associate here hovered like I was going to steal something from the get go. He made me so uncomfortable that we just left and bought our items at Carolina Herrera where they were great.

Staff were so friendly and prompt! It was such a nice experience. Product variety is very good, and the prices are worth it.

Hi don’t usually like giving negative feedback but this time I think it is my duty to comment. Their is an Asian female manager with white strings in her hair. She was extremely rude and really disrespectful. I was looking to spend a Substantial amount but was just so offended with her Serivce that I left. Prada you guys need to demote her and retrain her prior to give her a GM position.

Never again male version of Karyn, very rude sales person.I have been shopping at the store for years. I dont know where high end products and snotty behavior is OK. Just because youre selling a high end item does not mean that it is OK to treat a customer like $***, Even Bergdorf in New York City is kinder to its customers then a little Prada shop in Country town of San Marcos. Seriously no wonder the store was empty. And I just came in to buy a simple wallet it would have been a In and out sale had the behavior not been so horrific.

I waited in line for over an hour, then found they were only allowing 6 people in the store at a time.....SIX! Then, the security officer at the front door was locking the door! That is a fire hazard! You cannot lock the door during operating hours with people in the store. What an idiot. Sigh. Will not go back there.

We waited by the door for almost 30 minutes, and finally, they let us in 5 minutes before closing even many customers left while we were await.When I entered, one of the employees told me that they have 20% extra on certain items, so when I tried to approach a table, another employee told me bluntly” not here ma’am, this is new collection “ as I don’t look like I could afford buying new collection items. Anyway, I left the store after spending few thousands! So yes ma’am I could buy from your store.

Honestly I looked a mess when I visited this store, but the staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I got a saffiano shoulder bag, a saffiano wallet and a large bottle of cologne for a very very good price. Ill be back!

Felt a bit uncomfortable. My children wanted to biy me a purse for my birthday but I just felt like we were being followed around the store and watched. We went to Gucci and I found a great purse.In defense of Prada it was a busy day but we just felt very uncomfortable...

I bought a bag here. Got home and looked at the tag. It said made in India.I was so surprised I almost fell off the chair. I called and they said they outsource some of the manufacturing to India. My daughter has one that says made in Italy and the quality of the leather is leaps and bounds better than mine. So buyer beware.

At the moment you walk in, you are treated like a queen. I like buying my shoes they are simply awesome

Walked in w/ wife to buy her an anniversary gift (lucky me). Thank God for the customer service or lack there off. Walked out in 5 mins with out being acknowledged... thought I dodged the bullet. Too bad, there was Jimmy Choo next door who were happy to take our money.Incompetence at its finest.

Not really an outlet. But a good source for high end goods.

After going to what was an amazing Coach outlet I was greeted with what seemed to me as lacking in many ways. With younger workers, nice and well received. But with older employee the look of judgement and negativity. It didnt take me long till I felt unwelcome. Just because I wear cheaper clothes on my day off doesnt mean I dont suit up during the week. With a lackluster inventory (no sizes of anything) and not always great employees. Id say just go to coach and Gucci. Coach will have the 90% off times which are unbeatable.

I bought a bag here and after two day I noticed the bag has a scratch so I called them and they said I scratched the bag so they can’t replace it. 2 days! Why would I scratch the bag? I’m not asking for a refund. I’m asking for an exchange for a $1000 bag.

Save yourself the heartache and save your money for a real Prada instead of an outlet knockoff. My wife bought a purse and it is started falling apart after a few months. Sister bought a wallet and it is falling apart as well. Avoid this shop if possible unless you only need a $600 purse to last you a few months.
