Although there is hardly no problems with their phone connections data or text, and the pricing is not bad either. There is something very wrong with the Boost mobile Company which is now owned by Dish Network. Their customer service is the worse I have ever come across. You ask for your own account records and are told you have to get a court supena for them. You ask for a proof of purchase of a phone you bought full price at there store and they cannot give it to you or unlock it. They also put you on hold for hours and when you finally make your point and the cannot dispute it they hang up on you and you have to start all over. Right now my account was gotten into with my stolen credit card and they let some guy buy activate and purchase this all with a females credit card and he was a guy and she lived in a different state and boost mobile will not help her get her money back or any paperwork so she can have her bank putfraud on it. Is this the type of company anyone wants to do any kind of business with? I dont think so
