Make sure you read the contract before signing. Do not tread lightly. There are no refunds at all. The owner was unempathetic of the fact that my wedding was cancelled due to CoviID AND we were moving out of state. Sad that it ended the way it did since her buffets did look cute. But the customer service went downhill after we told her we needed to cancel even though we were paid in full. My guess is that she spent the money or didnt have it and thats another reason why she refused to refund the balance minus the deposit.
