This company is the best! I have worked with them for almost 6 years and they help me out so fast and are such nice people. Even if they cant help me, they will guide me to someone else(different company) that can. :) Top Notch!

Placed an order in 4/2/15 for 1 Tripple Time Machine. Was told the day I placed it I missed the cutoff for same day shipping. Lady said it will ship out tomorrow 4/3/15 and I would receive tracing on it as soon as it shipped. Called on Monday 4/6/15 wanting to know if it had shipped. The lady that answered said it had shipped. When I asked for tracking she states Oh it hasnt shipped yet. I asked when it would ship and she stated that she did not know. I told her I felt mislead because I was told it would ship on Friday. She goes Do you have some sort of a deadline? I said no, but when I tell my customers something I stick by it. She said again I would receive tracking info when it ships. I hung up. On 4/7/15, I emailed in asking why I had STILL NOT RECEIVED TRACING INFO, and that if it hadnt yet shipped I wanted a full refund. 2 Minutes later I got an email saying it had shipped. Wont be buying anything else from these people. Not very professional in dealing with objections, or issues.
