Now I know why I dont purchase from this store anymore. I went in to purchase and check out the items they had for Christmas. The lady at the door was very rude and seemed as she was just ready to go home. I asked her what time the store closes, so I could just come back another time. She then stated we close soon. Thats not a time we close soon! As a customer she could have just told the time that the store closes. I dont see the problem. I will continue to buy my candles at Bath & Body works where the customer service is great!

Great selection. We got what we were looking for, however the staff did not tell us that this is a No Return purchase. We were allowed to exchange of the items only. There was a small mention of it on the receipt.We were told about this only when we went to return something on the counter. This was totally unexpected, most stores mention this during the billing. Communication of the offer could have been better.

I really wish there were more of these stores and we didnt have to go to the mall to get to this one. They have an amazing selection of candles and tarts that can make your whole house (or car, office, whatever) smell wonderful.
