After shopping for tiles in the gigantic stores without success I came to Tile Direct. I was able to appreciate the variety of tiles in this showroom better than the big stores. Plus there was more to select from. The customer service is excellent. Erin was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. She is a true professional!

If your looking for distinctive, beautiful different tile. You gotta come here. They have some gorgeous mosaic tile. And can build whatever you like! There staff Erin is awesome. She has an eye for design. In fact she is a designer! So if your looking for that eye for help to get you in the right Direction Erin will take care of you! Each time I send my clients down there. They are happy with there service and products. They have two show rooms. This tile is not your cheap lowes or home depot. Your average subway tile. This is your top notch and its affordable! Easy to spot, easy parking. Great location next to sunburst shutters. Go check them out!

Roxy gives you a level of insight that youll have never seen before. I dont understand how you could run a business today without an employee like Roxy. This store has it all! Huge selection of tile and stone. Their new designer on staff Erin is amazing knowable. My wife & I are really happy with our order. It only took a few days to get in our special order.

This is what a tile store is supposed to be! They have everything you would want to be able to see the colors and textures in person and compare them. They also let you check them out so you can take them home. The woman that helped me was amazing. Now I know where to go whenever I have a tile project.

I recently chose backsplash tile for my updated kitchen. Roxy helped me with several different samples after I showed her some kitchens that I liked. She helped me choose a pattern that was unique yet timeless and also some grout I didn’t even know existed that made my backsplash look awesome!!!
