Phone call started with Zoe who was very professional. She told me that Sterling would be calling me. Sterling called me immediately and I talked to him about the vehicle I was looking at online. He knew all about this vehicle and I immediately knew that he was easy to talk to and very informative. I let him know that I could not come to the dealership until Monday and if that car was still available I would like to drive it and if everything was agreeable then I would like to consider buying it. Well after negotiating I bought the vehicle. Enough of purchasing this vehicle, let me talk more about Sterling.Sterling was very respectable and is an excellent listener. He answered all my questions and if he didnt know the answer he talked to someone who did and provided the answer quickly. Should I require a new vehicle in the future, I will definitely contact him if he is still with Chuck Nash Buick.

Once they get you to sign your name on the dotted line they wont return your calls.After purchasing the car, 2 weeks later it wouldnt start. We loved the car, and knew it was used, so we didnt make to much of a fuss about it. I contacted the dealership (because the guy who sold us the car wouldnt answer or return my calls) and they offered to tow the car back to the lot, WITH OUT A LOANER! I had to fuss with them to give me a loaner. It took them approximately 2 weeks to get my car back to me. They claimed it was a loose wire on the battery. We probably should have returned the car. Praying that never happens again.They also gave us paper temporary plates, but didnt put it in plastic. They literally just taped it on the back of the car...After 2 months went by I called to check if they received them. The receptionist informed me that they were in. No one called us to inform us of this information. I was told they were being mailed. That was over 2 weeks ago. I would have gone to pick them up if I knew it was going to be this much of a hassle... btw we still havent received our plates. The paper tag is not only expired but it also has faded. For some folks that may not mean much, but having expired tags in the area of town we live in, can cause a problems for myself and/or my spouse. Thanks to Chuck Nash being pulled over is inevitable.The 2 stars are simply for the car( we love it), and the poor mechanic who tried his best to rectify the car not starting...

Taking a quick tour of available inventory on the lot, we zeroed in my specific preferences ...we then moved to the next phase with finance and truck availability. I gave up on my quest for a new vehicle because every dealership I spoke to previously said I needed a much bigger down payment etc. When Zoe contacted me, I told her I was no longer interested. She asked me why and I told her my past experience. Confidently, she said “We can help!”. I’ve heard all of this before so I told her that I am NOT driving from San Antonio to San Marcos to be let down again. I told her if she wanted my business, she’d have to do it over the phone and via email. She happily agreed. I sent everything and she handed me over to Joe Griffin. He was super helpful and listened to my “demands”. Ultimately, I picked a new Silverado. I took the option of the $1000 accessory incentive. Chuck, the accessory manager was very resourceful, and helped me pick the most for a thousand bucks. Shannon the finance manager worked her magic with a great interest rate. Please, if you’re in the market for a new vehicle, these people will help you fulfill that dream! I forgot to mention that they gave me the most for my trade in! On top of it, the insurance agent at the dealership was able to lower my insurance by $150/month. Awesome, awesome people!!! Will never buy anywhere else again!

Beginning with my call to set up an appointment...to my arrival and greeting by my service advisor, Rick Kissell...to his call later that day to explain diagnostic report and options...to picking up my car the next afternoon...and my check out with Rick and the mechanic who actually worked on my car...I was treated with respect and professionalism from everyone. And my cars needs were taken care of and is driving like new.

The service manager was very helpful. I went in for a recall on my airbag, and they fixed it pretty quickly. They even had one of their employees available to bring me back to my apartment, which I truly appreciated considering I had no other way to get home and was going to spend money on an Uber. They even offered to pick me up from my apartment when it was time to get my truck. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Overall the service was great and my service advisor Rick, was great with timely follow up and was able to complete the recall and my add ons in one day. When I picked up the Truck on Saturday morning I noticed a few details that would have made the experience all 10s. When rotating the tires the tire pressure sensors were not changed and the pressures were at high and low ranges. The oil change was complete and invoiced. I would have liked to have a sticker on the windshield to remind me of the next change. And I would have liked an outside only wash. I am guessing that most of these details are done but maybe missed. I will be back.

Very helpful. I had a problem with my key fob. Since the fob is part of the security its complicated. I needed a fob reprogrammed and it didnt go well. Several people were involved and the problem was explained. I trust it will be resolved.Next day:The staff was great and provided service above and beyond expectations. The problem was with lack of experience with programming key fobs for later model GMC products. Turns out that you have to upgrade several internal computer components and have two working or blank key fobs. There was not one in stock but one was available overnight. The problem was that the attempts left me with a car that would not always start - security check.That said the staff helped be well after hours when I became stranded. I managed to get the car back to the dealership after hours and Mari provided me with a car (a very nice white Malibu) so I could get home. Cody did the upgrade of the internal computer components and programmed the key fob. These two folks really helped me. It was all within their job duties but they treated my problem with care. Mari was my first contact and the problem was passed to Cody. Experience was gained and the next person with a key fob problem will get it done quickly - not a complaint just a fact. I am very happy with my service.

Didnt solve the problem after having the car over a month. issue is intermittent, it was explained as such, service advisor was able to witness the no start issue but mechanic couldnt duplicate. No actual diagnosis other than just trying to start the car was done but I also wasnt charged so not terrible. I would have preferred an actual tear down and test of fuel pump and fuel control module to determine if they are within spec.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point of making an appointment and being told that only 2 appointment are ahead of you. Only to wait for 8 people after you to come and go. All this for a simple oil change. Waited about 3 1/2 hours with no one saying anything. Not even an update. I can see the car being worked on yet no one touched it for almost an hour and a half. Had someone said something or updated me on why it’s taking so long, then I would have arranged to not wait for the vehicle. Very poor level of service and awareness of what is going on. I am never coming here again!!

THE WORST DEALERSHIP IVE EVER STEPPED FOOT INTO. Jason was the most unhelpful salesperson i’ve ever met. He was on his phone the entire time and didn’t seem to care in making a sale. Point blank period. They beg you to come in and when you get there, no one cares in making a sale and is just a waste of time. Such a waste of time, the only thing that came out of his mouth was how much the truck was and gas mileage WHICH WE HAD TO ASK FOR. My first mistake was walking into a Chevy dealership, should have known better, never again. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Our salesperson David was a very nice, and patient salesperson. He wasnt pushy like other salespeople at different dealerships. Instead of starting with a credit app, to see what we could afford, he actually talked to us about the vehicles on the lot. He helped us compare and contrast in order to get a better idea of what would work for us. He let us test drive the car we were leaning more towards in order to get a better feel for it. We left it at that because it was closing time, but we told him wed come back the following weekend, he gave us his card and we gave him our information as well.The following weekend we came back, he remembered us, and what we had talked about the weekend prior (which shows he genuinely paid attention/cared about what we said) and helped us continue our car buying experience. He helped every step of the way up until we had to talk to the financing dept, which also made the trip not as stressful. Buddy did an excellent job at explaining what our options would look like as far as payments, warranties, etc. Once everything was done they congratulated us and helped answer any other questions we had before we were on our way.

I casein for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I advised service writer that I had my on oil.When I was told my truck was ready, the cost was extremely high. I asked why and was told service writer forgot to put that on service ticket. To further my concern, the drain plug was not secured and oil was leaking out later in the day.I will not trust you with any of my vehicles. I was new to the area and have 4 Chevys. I will locate another dealer...

Usually a very pleasant visit but this time was very long wait. Vehicle sat in front of check in area for about 45 mins then was moved to back parking lot the finally into bay for oil change. I had an appointment for 0900 was there approximately 1.5 hours. Only an oil change no tire rotation or any other service was done. In talking to another customer who was a drive up he got in the same time I did, is that how things are supposed to work when I make a scheduled appointment and show up 10 mins before?? If u can’t keep things on time then tell people up front. When a quick lube place can do it in 15 mins you should be able to do an oil change in under an hour.

Had a simple oil change done to my new vehicle. Two things went wrong. A cap was left off of the oil and the main lug nut on one of my tires was so loose that I just unscrewed it with my hands. Could’ve been bad but Cody Kemmerling in service did actually try to make things right to the best of his ability even though of course this was a tech’s fault and not his. I appreciate what he did to try to make things right, I was so set on never going back there again but Cody might have changed my mind.

Sales was great, repair service was terrible. I wish I could rate them separately.Bought our Buick there new in 2015. Got the extended warranty, took it in a few years later because the AC quit working this year(2020.) Warranty covered it, but also had a check engine light on.Was told by the service representative that the engine had some gunk in it, and to figure out why I had the check engine light on they would have to Tear down to the point of failure. And that usually they would have to replace the engine. If the gunk had anything to do with it the insurance wouldnt cover it.Car ran fine before taking it in for the AC work. Once they fixed the AC I wasnt about to risk the cost of a new engine in case insurance didnt pay for the tear down to point of failure, the Buick had been running fine before, declined service.On the drive home the car was definitely miss-firing. Problem got worse over the course of a two weeks and had to park my car because it was not drivable. I dont want to work on cars anymore, so took it to mom and pop shop, they had the car in and diagnosed in under 45 minutes. One of the Ignition Coils were broken, Ignition Coils for the Buick Encore come together as 4, new spark plugs and I was ready to go. Dropped the car off at 1pm, they overnight the coil packs, and called me at 9am the next morning saying the car was ready.I was out a total of ~$420.This is a brain dead easy catch. Why you would have to tear down to the point of failure. And at this point we recommend getting a new engine. IS WAY beyond me.Why was my car running fine before the AC fix, and missing afterwards? Who knows, but they didnt catch it, and I think it should have been covered. Im out $420 bucks, but at least I had people working on it that knew diagnostics.VERY disappointment in the service here at Chuck Nash.

Sterling and Buddy were at best average. I went there on Saturday and I was told there were only 3 Buick encores but when I called on Monday there was a fourth one. I felt like they were just trying to sell me the GX. When I was in the financing part I was quoted a price including GAP and extra warranty. Made it sound like it was a requirement. If you ask me that is deceiving the client if you quote a price including non mandatory items. The reps response was that he would highly recommend that GAP be added but if you highly recommend something wouldn’t you highly want to explain the client what it actually is and not try to decide them into just buying something they don’t understand. I believe the customer service needs to be improved to help the client not just gain a sale.

Update 8/23/2021: I did call even though you left no phone # or POC with your response. The gentleman I spoke with who was not the service manager, listened to my complaint and responded with a comment that given our experience he did not feel we would be happy with their service department. Seriously, what kind of answer is that! Great customer service Chuck Nash. And I suppose he is right, unless of course your service department actually performs the service requested and paid for rather than; not tightening lug nuts on a tire rotate and balance causing the metal threaded stem to break off; performing an oil change and leaving the cap off causing oil to spray out throughout the engine compartment yet your technician overfilled the oil anyway; and I can go on and on and on as our service has been issue since day 1. Unfortunately, we actually have a Box Truck so very few dealerships have a bay appropriate for servicing. Again, thank you Chuck Nash for providing great customer service...As typical, your service department performs at a substandard level. The only compliment I can give is the new Service Manager had the technician show our employee what exactly was done prior to departure. Yet again, the transmission fluid was over-full. We are extremely frustrated with this service departments inability to perform the simplest of mechanical tasks properly and/or as required by the specifications of the vehicles they work on. Feel free to look up our account, Texas Decon LLC, and you will find a multitude of issues with service provided. Unfortunately, the other service centers in the area cannot perform service on a box truck. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

0730 on a Tuesday (scheduled appointment) for drop off. Services to include standard 90k maint (tire rotation alignment, check fluids). This was the primary reason for the visit. Secondarily I needed to have the AC checked for Freon and re-charging and there was a knocking noise under the driver side.No contact from the service rep until I reached out in the afternoon to check on the status. He finally advised that the tech had taken the vehicle for a test drive and was unable to replicate the noise. Brought it back to the shop, put it on a lift and saw a loose pan and would be moving onto the rest of the repairs and maintenance. I reached out again a couple hours later to request another status check. I was then told that there was a leak in the AC and it needed to be replaced and was quoted a price of almost $1800 and that the vehicle would not be done that day. I responded and let them know that I was not going to have that service done and I just needed to pick up the vehicle by 5pm. I was then informed by the service representative that he had spoken with the service manager and they were going to be able to come down on the price by about $200. What kind of service place doesnt have standard rate? Are we in the sales department or the service department, that is fishy. He eventually advised that the vehicle had been taken apart significantly to find the leak and it would take at least an hour to put back together, this was at about 4:30 PM after me reaching out multiple times. I told him that I had other obligations and would have to pick up the vehicle tomorrow and they could just hold it overnight. At this point nothing has been said about the alignment or tire rotation, clearly I assumed it had been completed since it was the priority upon drop off.The next morning the service representative reached out to ask what time I was going to arrive. I told him it would have to be after 12 as I was working in Austin. He responded and told me that the tire rotation and alignment had not even been done yet and that would take some more time and another $169 for the service. At this point I was frustrated and not confident that they could make the 12 oclock deadline. I advised that they should just go ahead and park the car out front and not do anything else to it, I would just pay the $145 diagnostic fee. Basically they had my car in the shop for over 32 hours, no work was done at all and I had to pay $145 and borrow a vehicle to drive for the day.

The company provided a loaner which I very much appreciated. Work of repairing a tire with a nail in it was done free of charge. The larger item (replacing a leaky oil pan) was done under warranty, along with changing the oil and adjusting the tire pressures. We purchased a 2021 truck from Chuck Nash Chevrolet in May of 2021. It is now the middle of August and we STILL cannot get it registered due to their paperwork errors and complete lack of urgency.We live in Missouri. We were told taxes and registration fees had to be withheld since we purchased the vehicle out of state. We were also told that we could not take the registration in and do it ourselves, that it must be submitted directly by Chuck Nash Chevrolet. They assured us repeatedly that they knew what they were doing.The vehicle was purchased on May 12. Chuck Nash Chevrolet did not even SEND the paperwork or the $4,200 they received from our loan proceeds (for registration/taxes) to the state of Missouri until June 11.Not only was it sent extremely late, but they sent it to a random DMV in Jefferson City (the capitol of our state) instead of locally (Jeff City is over 2 hours away). We could not get ahold of anyone and did not know where our paperwork stood for several MONTHS. We asked the dealership repeatedly to help us with the status of the registration and were told that it just takes time.A week ago we received a letter from the state of Missouri, along with all of the paperwork that was sent to them by Chuck Nash Chevrolet. The fees submitted are incorrect. Some of the papers werent even signed. The correct bill of sale wasnt sent with the paperwork. The odometer statement was on the wrong form. And more.We informed Chuck Nash Chevrolet of these issues on Wednesday, August 11 and were promised that they would overnight us new checks so we could get it registered ourselves now that the State of Missouri sent us all of the original paperwork that Chuck Nash Chevrolet refused to give us.I inquired yesterday (August 16) about the checks as we still had not received them, and was informed that they overnighted the checks to our PO Box and had received them back. They did not inform us of this until we inquired as to why we hadnt received the checks yet!Yesterday I was told the checks were overnighted yet again to our home...I was even sent a UPS tracking number. Lo and behold, the package was not actually shipped yesterday, and as of this moment (6:30 pm CST) it STILL has not been received by UPS.I have sent three emails today with ZERO response from anyone at Chuck Nash Chevrolet. I cannot comprehend why this process has taken THREE MONTHS and am beyond frustrated. Buyer beware - especially if youre considering coming in from another state to purchase a vehicle from them!!

I am a new resident of Texas (relocated from Tennessee)! After driving 800+ miles, I decided to get my car serviced. Extremely convenient that I live walking distance from them. I pulled in and there was a gentleman standing outside. I let him know what I needed and he said “Pull right over to quick lube and I’ll get you taken care of!” I wish I remembered his name but he was really nice. I also worked with Maricela, who is super sweet by the way! They checked me in and offered me a ride to and from the dealership, but I chose to walk. Maricela called as soon as it was ready. Super nice and they wished me well on my new journey here in Texas. Great experience!!!

My service advisor Frank was very helpful from the time of my appointment to when the work was all complete. He stayed in touch with me after diagnostics done and was a great help with having a car to drive while mine was in the shop. The technician/s did great too with fixing the issues I was having and putting it all back together, they took good care of my vehicle.

I recently Purchased a 2018 Chevy 1500 Z71, 39k miles on November 26,2019. I made a 3 hour drive because I felt like it was a good deal and the dealership seemed reputable based on the size. I was told all used vehicles receive a 100+ point thorough inspection, fluids changed etc. (which is pretty standard procedure at any large dealership). Well, I purchased the truck, and during my 3 hour drive home I started cycling through the computer settings on the dash and noticed the oil percentage was at 18%. Wasn’t alarmed at first as it’s common for mechanics to forget to reset the oil life to 100% after it’s changed. Well after few days of it on my mind, I decided to take it to a professional mechanic to drain the fluids and investigate. I stood right next to the mechanic as the pulled the plug and oil filter......as I assumed the oil was VERY old, completely black and the oil filter was a cheap jiffy lube filter that had not been changed in who knows how long. Furthermore the air filter was extremely dirty. After the findings I decided to contact the used car Manager at the dealership to ask why this truck wasn’t inspected and fluids changed etc. He looked up the history of the vehicle and explains that this vehicle somehow must have “slipped through the system” and they apologize. WHAT? Then I spoke with General sales manager who basically said the same thing and asked me to bring it back and they will do what they should have already done. “Human error happens”. WOW! Keep in mind this truck had been sitting on the lot for several months, put into the inventory and posted for sale. Who knows how many other used vehicles or maybe even new vehicles aren’t even attended to like they say. The principal behind this is what is so frustrating as the buyer. I’m just one person, no big deal. Stay far far away from Chuck Nash folks!

I believe the service advisor name was Ryan Day. He was very polite and confident in his job. He was completely honest with me about how long everything thing should take which was fine with me. No problems with him at all. Great customer service and the dealership is very clean and maintained.The only problem I had was the Hispanic service advisor who kept beating his hands, knuckles, or his feet to every song that came on. It was very annoying to listen to for over a hour. I didnt say anything because I wanted to be peaceful and the White House craziness had just happened also. Overall, everything was fine except the knocking on the desk from the Hispanic service advisor.
