I had a 9:30am appointment to have my tires rotated. I stayed there until 12:50, and no one had even started on my vehicle. I was told that they had gone to lunch and it would take another 40 minutes for someone to get to my vehicle. People came in and had services on the vehicle. The services would not come out to speak with me, he said he was tied up with something. The entire experience was horrible. Needless to say my tires still need to be rotated.
