Mr. Jeff Hughes was most helpful. Allowed us time to explore the options and when we were ready he answered all our questions. He made us aware of the options and provided a sheet of installation gotchas we never thought about. In the end we made choices I believe we will be happy with for years to come! Thank you Jeff!

Murphy Beds of San Diego was such a pleasure to deal with. I started my purchase with Joan and finished with Jeff, never feeling like there was glitch or competition between them. They are so kind and respectful, something I find lacking in todays merchants. They followed up with me, not me having to chase them down to complete the transaction, even calling me personally reminding me that my item was in stock ready for pickup. I would and will recommend them for all people I know. I am so pleased with the Cabinet Murphy Bed concept and am pleased to have it as an addition to my living room for future guests. Also, they offered the best price, even when competing with ebay sellers.

Jeff was well informed, attentive and polite without being pushy. Oh yeah and the showroom was impressive and fun. Why doesnt everyone have a Murphy bed? Inflatables are rather lame IMHO.

My wife and I stopped in to the Miramar store, people were very helpful but when I tried calling back to confirm our potential purchase and a few additional questions, no one would answer the phone or returned calls, we called the San Marcos store and Jeff instantly gave us the attention we needed and sold us cabinet bed. We needed the bed by a certain time and we were cutting it close, Jeff made sure we had a loaner if our bed wasn’t there in time and even drive the correct upgraded mattress to our home, amazing person, amazing service, when we recieved our bed, it was in perfect condition, thank you Jeff!

I have wanted a Murphy bed for my craft/bedroom. I walkin in knowing what wanted and got it! Installation took less time than quoted. Installers were friendly and professional. The bed and installation area were flawless. I couldnt be happier
