R&D is my repair shop for my Lincoln truck which is pretty much just a dolled-up F150. Jim has replaced my radiator, my transmission (OUCH, I mean Ouch! that was expensive!), my front sway bars and and my belt idle tensioners (or something like that). In every case he fixed it fast, completely, and even though nothing is cheap - he is damn fair. I trust him completely.Jim knows his stuff and thats for sure.

Beat the next best offer by 500$ was upfront, honest and a great price. Finished faster then he promised. Undersold amd over delivered.

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Did not ask price on phone as this is a straight forward service. When I arrived and checked in I was given an estimate of $92.00 for my 4 cylinder vehicle. Was told they don’t do many oil changes so they pay more for oil. As I was leaving on a trip I had the change done even though it was about twice the cost it should have been. BEWARE!,

We appreciate all Jim did for us and putting our minds at ease. My husband and I recently purchased a 2006 Nissan Maxima for our daughter in Tustin. The vehicle only had a 30 day warranty on the Drive Train. Needless to say about 2 weeks after we purchased the car, we found the brake pads and rotors needed replaced. We took the car to Jim to confirm what my husband found and to check the car out for any other possible problems. All of the necessary repairs we completed and we were able to give our daughter a car that we knew would be safe on the road. He knew our concerns and was very detailed in his inspection and found no additional problems.
