Im lucky that Aymerick is located close to me geographically but I have done my research...imo he has the best combination of quality, price and selection of any mid century modern furniture store in the country. He is also an expert in his field. As an example I showed him a couple of pics of pieces that I was interested in and he knew the designer, manufacturer and the approx date of mfg. He did not have the exact desk I was interested in but he knew that he was about to receive one that was very similar and offered to hold it for me...just incredible service.

I stumbled across Aymerick during an open house of several vintage furniture vendors. When I went into his place, I was amazed at the assortment on display. He has a great ability to restore pieces to their original beauty and you can tell he respects the MCM period.I wasnt really looking to purchase anything, and had recently established a home based business, when I came across this Svend Madsen desk that was in the middle of the restoration process. I purchased a refurbished stereo console and a few dinner table chairs from Aymerick Modern recently. I found it quite easy to finalize the deal. I just bought a beautiful 60s danish desk from Aymerick modern . The desk is in excellent condition . It was delivered very quickly wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap . I will be back for more .

Aymerick has done a number of really nice restorations as well that are worth checking out at the AM warehouse. We just moved into an early 70s home in Carlsbad, with crazy high vaulted ceilings, and wanted to upgrade our furniture hodgepodge to accentuate a mid-century vibe. We needed a set of six chairs to match our Danish modern teak dining table, and as soon as we responded to one of Aymericks postings, he texted us several photos to choose from. We were thrilled that his showroom was only a few miles away in San Marcos, and we could see the chairs in person. We love them, theyre perfect! In my search for dining room furniture that was both functional and beautiful, I got what I was looking for at Aymericks showroom. I found a Henning Kjaernulf rosewood table with an exquisite grain pattern in the perfect size and shape. Aymerick was knowledgeable and accommodating as we searched his large showroom collection for some dining chairs. We found four Niel Otto chairs in the back that needed to be restored. With Aymericks knowledge of mid century modern furniture, attention to detail and his passion, the chairs were restored to perfection! I was hoping to purchase 6 chairs, so Aymerick is now on the look out for 2 more chairs, which he hopes to find on his trip to Denmark in the spring!

Aymerick Modern is full of stunning, amazingly well-curated Danish/ mid-century modern pieces that you’d build a room around and cherish for years to come. The prices are also quite reasonable. We bought a one-of-a-kind Clausen & Søn rosewood credenza and a set of teak nesting tables with drumstick legs by Møbel Intarsia. You can immediately tell that Aymerick is very passionate, and puts his soul and energy to each piece he finds. He also readily shares his knowledge, and have given me detailed information on how to restore the Moller chairs I found somewhere else. When he delivered the furniture, they were beautifully refinished! We will definitely be back!

First and foremost Ameryick is a stand up guy, integrity and honesty makes him a delight to do business with. I came upon one of his pieces on Craigs list, a beautiful walnut dresser. When he said he re did it. Imagined a touch up here and there. It was in impeccable shape. I finally was able to visit his showroom, which is a MCM lovers dream come true. We then purchase a Swedish teak console that we use for our television.Just when I though we were done we took another trip to the warehouse where we fell in love with the MOST AWESOME MCM coffee table which we did not need, but had to have. The prices in comparison to other MCM shops and Craigs list are amazingly reasonable considering the amount of workmanship that goes into each piece. Each individual piece is lovingly cared for and looks new!OK, just when I though we didnt need anything else we saw on his site four purple Eames/Modernica dining room chairs, and yes, you guessed it we scooped them up. But wait for it, on the way out the door I set my eyes on an amazing pair of night stands which we also purchased.There is absolutely no comparison to the pieces you will find elsewhere, and Ameryicks pieces. He puts his heart and soul into each and every piece. I am so happy I discovered him, an look forward to continuing to purchase more items for a home I am just furnishing.
