These clothes are cheaper than “you get what you pay for”. Their return policy is absolutely ridiculous, especially when you come home and find issue with their clothes. Won’t allow you to return anything even exchange without a receipt. Would not recommend buying anything here.

Ridiculously cute store for ridiculously good prices. Wish this was a chain so I could shop closer to home! Seriously amazed me, dont think Ive ever gone into a store and come out so genuinely satisfied. Service was great too!

If I could give this store ZERO stars, I would! If you want bad business, dont even step foot in here! Bought a pair of shoes that I decided to exchange for another pair I preferred. When I came back the very next day, the owner stated shoes are final sale so she cant exchange them. When I bought the shoes the day prior, there was NO mention of shoes being final sale. Her intelligent response, oh its on the receipt. Oh thats brilliant, its stated on the receipt AFTER the purchase is made! So either way, the shoes cant be exchanged or returned!! I kept asking her, since as the owner, she did not mention it, she should at least honor our request and exchange the brand new shoes for another pair since she failed to mention it. She declined...Clearly, she has no concept of how to run a business, let alone, make exceptions to her own screwup. Never returning here again.

Such a cute little boutique a shop that looks very expensive from the outside but its actually very affordable on the inside. I bought a couple little cutesy dresses and shirts from here that are very good quality and I have gotten lots of compliments on already. Everything is very reasonably priced and is almost like a better quality forever 21. It has a very BoHo vibe and most of the shirts and dresses reflect this style. Not sure if this place has an online store or not but I would totally be shopping online with them if they did!Parking is available on the streets nearby...they dont have their own parking lot so keep that in mind. I dont think I paid more than $20 for any one item in here.

The boss is extremely flakey and unprofessional. I had a over the phone interview set up and never received the call. I waited a whole day before calling the store and they didn’t even care. They wrote down my name and said they would get back to me and never did. I do not recommend applying at this store and I am very disappointed.

Hi my Name is lily me and my friends always shop at cage its very lovely cute inexpensive Boutique the price is unbelievable for the quality.the same items that in other shops will hit $80 ish are about forty here.the employees are doing their best to help customers and exchange only it makes sense to me cuz all boutiques on Higuera do not offer returns

I love this store and have gotten such cute things for not only myself, but my two daughters as well. Not sure why there are negative reviews...I have always had great service and have been very happy with the quality of the clothing.This is our go to clothing store in SLO, as prices are SOOOOO much more reasonable than most of the downtown boutiques!

I was enjoying shopping from their lovely selection. The song playing kept repeating the F word. I mentioned to the clerk that it was not enjoyable. She let me know upper management wanted that music. She said shed skip that song but the next one may be just as bad. I told her Id really like to shop but Id have to leave. I had looked forward to shopping there since my last trip. I decided not to support an upper management that would want that music playing for a general audience of all ages and preferences. It was very disappointing.

If you like something here I promise you can find it on Amazon for a lower price. Everything here is low quality, the staff is awful, the music is awful. Save your time and money and go to literally any other boutique on Higuera for a better experience.

Everything was so cute and reasonable priced plus the cashier was nice!

I went to the shop today first thing in the morning. The girl did not ever look up to greet me or ask me if I needed help. I walked to the back to get her attention because I wanted one of the dresses on display outside of the store. She said they dont have the dress, they are sold out. I asked if I can try on the dress on the mannekin, she said no. I cannot try the dress on from the mannekin and she cannot sell it to me. I asked why do you even have it on display if you cant sell the dress. She said its store policy. This place and the customer service is terrible, I would not recommend going here ever again.

Visiting San Luis Obispo and went to this store bought a few stuff, the thing that really pisses me off that the store clerk didn’t tell me that there is no returning policy and you can only exchange which is not fair for us visitors. What if we don’t need to exchange? Plus the quality of the clothes/fabrics/materials etc is not the best in this store. I’m hoping the owner will read this because I think this exchange only policy stinks and it’ll drive customers away.
