Purchased Luxury Vinyl flooring from Pro Source. Less than two years later its peeling and peaking. Had three inspections on product and installation. Pro Source provided inspector of course called it an install issue. Two independent inspectors advised me and my wife that the product we purchase was of Poor Manufacture. We have been trying to get Pro Source to fix the issue but they are not willing to do anything. I would NEVER Recommend this supplier...EVER! If I could give negative stars I would.

My experience with Alex at ProSource was excellent. I told him what I was looking for and he helpedme pick out the perfect floor for my house. Dan Gates was the installer and he did a great job. The floorlooks beautiful.

Sharing the same space as Cinderella Carpet One, I have to drop a review for this business too! Their showroom is well curated, with a HUGE selection of all kinds of flooring. Thankfully, they have a knowledgeable staff to guide you through it all. I found exactly what I wanted.

Prosource- From good to badTheir showroom is extensive, and Kerri was very helpful and gracious letting me browse. And, their prices seem good. Now for the bad…Once I placed my order for our kitchen backsplash, I was a bit surprised at the $90 freight fee when the tile itself was only $240. But, what can you do? So, we ordered it and paid. We drove over to Prosource a week later to pick it up once it had arrived, and as soon as I was handed the box for the end tiles I knew something was wrong. (Notice that Prosource had not opened the box to check.) And, sure enough the tiles were all in little bits and pieces. So, I walked back into the store and told Steve “So some of the tiles are broken.” Disappointingly there was no apology. Instead more of a “yep this happens you’d think they’d package them better.” Okay. So, I reiterated that our tile company was set to come in exactly one-week (next Monday) and so we’d need to rush the tile here in 6-7 days. To which, Steve seemed annoyed and said “We will do the best that we can.” No mention of apology. Can you ask for expedited shipping? “We’ll do our best,” was all Steve would answer.” So, I guess “We’ll do our best” meant we’ll order it and forget about it. Because I tried calling Friday-answering service. I tried calling Saturday – answering service. Oh, Prosource was closed Wednesday through Monday for the Thanksgiving holiday. They forgot to mention they’d be closed Wednesday until Monday. Today is Monday and our tile company is here trying to work around not having the end tiles. And Steve calls to say he cannot find the tile we re-ordered anywhere, and he will try to find a tracking number. I had to take the day off work to make sure I could run up to SLO again (25 minute-drive) in the case that the tiles arrived mid-day and perhaps twice because they need one of the broken ones now for measurement purposes. Disappointing and frustrating.Update:So later that evening I got a call from ProSource informing me that the wrong color had been ordered! Unbelievable. Please, please, overnight it! The next morning I got a call from Kerri apologizing and letting me know the tile company would indeed overnight it. She also said she would be happy to hand deliver them once they were in. That Wednesday, sure enough she came bearing unbroken tiles and flowers. Thank you, Kerri! Although customer service was very poor at the beginning of this tile-saga, I was impressed with the hand-delivery and personal touch in the end.

Excellent help and advice from Kerri @ prosource. She also referred us to an excellent installer, Hargis Flooring, who did a great job!

From the moment Alex introduced himself it was apparent we were going to be able to gain pertinent information on any & all questions! We browsed leisurely throughout the store, Alex checking now & then to see if we needed any help. Our condo carpet was sooo bad & unclean able it had become embarrassing to have people stop by.Once I spotted the 100% wool carpets, I knew Id found what was going into my home. Ive had wool carpet in two other homes and there is no comparison to any other fiber!!! Alex assured us that they use only the best of the best installers for the wool carpet. I fell in love with a patterned carpet!!! Alex had the installer come to our home to measure. With the pattern carpet there is a repeat in the pattern and in order to match the pattern you REALLY NEED someone very good at installing it!!!We absolutely LOVE this 100% wool!! There are no off gassing with wool. Pertinent to me as I have daily migraine disease. Odors from man made carpets can really bother me for weeks. The carpet is in our downstairs living space, on the stairs & into the upstairs living room. The pattern matches all the way from living spaces to stairs. Ties our home together beautifully!!I found a carpet for our bedroom at a different store. Alex checked into the brand and we were able to order it from ProSource also, streamlining the whole process into one job.I had questions on recommended vacuum cleaners for the wool. Alex phoned the company and had an answer for me that day!In fact ANYTIME we called on Alex he got back to us so promptly.Customer service was just exceptional through the entire process. There were no delays, we were notified when carpets arrived. The installation went smoothly and they took their time to go the extra mile!!! The pattern is beautifully matched!!!We have a more modern decor downstairs and western upstairs. This particular pattern & variety of colors works beautifully in both areas!! OOOHHHH and the feeling of bare feet on 100% wool is so cozy! Must not forget the rubber pad!!! It makes a big difference on the wool, but also on the man made carpet in the bedroom! Soft & squishy!!!We would do business here again in a heartbeat!!! So very efficient! Not something you experience all of the time!!Cindy & Rich Tarver...SLO
