For years we worked with Cintas for our uniforms. Our driver was great, but the service we were getting from the company itself just degraded over time. The biggest issue we had was inconsistent material returns. Some weeks wed be several uniforms short, and they wouldnt show up again for upwards of two or three laundry cycles, and then we would be charged for the uniforms THEY lost. On top of that, the bills were rising uncomfortably often for a small business like ours, inconsistent charges, etc.We switched to UniFirst roughly two years ago now, and the service has been impeccable. Very few issues, and they have always been dealt with rapidly and to our satisfaction. Our driver, Rey, is super friendly, super helpful, super accommodating. He really goes that extra mile to make sure we have the best experience with the company. He even puts up with the managers quirky requests without batting an eye. And beyond his own ability, the company has taken very good care of us. Even during this pandemic when extra measures need to be taken and extra complications arise, theyve gone to great lengths to ensure that we dont feel the disruptions. I am extremely pleased, and plan to continue to use their services for the foreseeable future.

Weve been using UniFirst for a long time at my office, and almost left for another company after having lots of supply issues where they lost a lot of our lab coats and we didnt have enough. Around that time we switched to a new guy for delivery, Ricardo. He was the only one who actually took down the notes for what we needed and got us substitute coats until we could get our order back on track. Since he took over, weve been good to go and we scrapped the plan to switch to another provider. As long as he stays on and we keep getting the same service that he provides, well be customers!

Ive been working with the uniform guys here at my work place for about a year and half now. Out of the 4 guys that have come through, Rey Irao has been a VAST IMPROVEMENT from the guys before. I didnt really have a huge problem before, but its so refreshing to have someone that remembers our uniforms and gives us accurate updates of when the new ones and the replacements are arriving.One problem I did have was the prior guys had been asked to take back some uniforms for people that no longer were employed here and they told me We cant take these because the names and patches are embroidered on. and I was flabbergasted but I accepted. Meanwhile, I had accumulated more uniforms for people no longer here and told Rey about it and asked, Is there anything we can do? and he just flat said, Absolutely.
