I’ve done business with HeavyLux twice now and will continue to do business with them. The quote was over months old and they still honor the price and gave me discount as well due to COVID.I’m really blessed to be working with Jackie and Candace with my remodel. They absolutely provide World Class Service and the product they sell are the best quality can buy. They are on time, professional, lifetime warranty on the labor. I’m telling you, they are god send. When they say lifetime warranty, they mean it. I had a shower door installed 9 years ago. The hinges were showing age and they replaced them...no charge!

Great work and service at the most reasonable price. I checked with several places. If something is wrong they will come back as many times as needed to get it correct.

We had a Heavylux frameless shower door installed 6 years ago. We called and Mike came out and readjusted the door for us (no charge). He was very helpful and professional. We highly recommend this company. They stand behind their lifetime warranty and respond quickly anytime you call.

We ordered a pretty straight-forward shower glass - 3 panel with shower door, with a couple lines of sandblasting on the shower glass and door. It arrived this week with the sandblasting completely wrong. Curtis at HeavyLux offered us to either take the wrong glass at a $872 discount off the $3,188 purchase price or they would just return our $1,500 deposit and forget about the order completely! We were also scheduled to have a bathroom mirror delivered same time, but the mirror came with the wrong dimensions. Our designer seemed pretty surprised by all this, so I think she will be able to hold HeavyLux to honoring their contract with us. Not sure why there has been so much drama...
