Our Mattress Firm salesman, George Segura was very pleasant, professional, reasonable and had a great sense of humor. We went in ordered pillows. We were told they would be there thurs or fri. This is the end of July or beginning of Aug. Sorry I dont have paperwork in front of me. Kept calling. Get told 1 of the pillows has been there. 3 pillows all over 100$. Still havent heard all we keep hearing is many bought & no one received. We are still waiting & one I got goes warm to Hot real fast when its suppose to get colder. We are waiting to hear about our pillows. Still waiting & now middle of Oct!

The salesperson George was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He was a pleasure to work with. My beds were scheduled to be delivered on the 19th of April.I was told I would get a call early in the morning by the delivery people to get me a window of delivery times.When no one had called by 1:00pm I called the store and was told that the mattresses were now on back order and would be delayed by a week.I was disappointed about the delay. I was upset that nobody called me to tell me. After the painter I had scheduled on the 17th didn’t show up I spent the entire day On the 18th rushing to paint the room one of the beds was going to be installed in. I literally spent all day and all night painting the room. If I’d known about the back order I wouldn’t have been rushed nor would I have spent the night busting my butt to get the painting done in a timely way. I’m very displeased about that!

The reps were very accomodating and patiently worked with our 86 years old mother. Once she decided the sale process went quick. We also ordered a bundle package of pillows, heavy duty mattress cover and a sheet set for the closet Matress. The manager George offered us a lower quality protector for free because the one we wanted is not available at the store. All went well until getting th bundle package. We only received 1 pillow instead of 2 and the mattress protector never came. I called and tracked down our rep at other stores but 3 months later, we have the same problem. But in George’s defense he offered us a pickup of the protector in February but when we finished dealing with my mother, the store was already closed and I completely forgot about it. Because I called again in late March, I received a call from George to pickup the protector from the store which I did on Wednesday. We got everything we ordered minus a pillow, which iMa not sure if it really part of the bundle. But anyway, we got the most important item to make sure we can care for the mattress properly and make our mother happy.

Jabari was very and knowledgeable of the products as well as a good listener of our needs which is half of the battle in buying a mattress. We go to clearance stores for clearance items. After being in the store for 30min and being shown $2000 mattresses that wasnt on sale or was $2000 even with the sale it got frustrating.I Only can describe the worker as a smart-dummy. He knew the whole mattress firm spill but didnt know when to stop with all the talk he learned in training and just show me what you have on clearance. Out of all the beds in the store he wanted me to pick either almost $2000 or over $2000 mattress from a CLEARANCE STORE. I had to ask him are the mattresses against the wall for sale? then he showed them to me but BEWARE, I felt ALOT of pressure to buy a $2000 mattress from a CLEARANCE STORE sales person that dont even have $2000 to his name.

I expected a human being to give me a call to set up a delivery time or at least let me know what was available but instead I get a robocall telling me the delivery time which unfortunately is a time when I will not be at home. It was great! We were actually on our way to pick up pizza and decided to stop by just to see what the prices were. Tishshawna was so helpful that we decided to just buy it. She knew a lot about the mattresses and helped us to decide which one would be best for both of us. Very good customer service. We wouldnt have bought one if it wasnt for her. The only downside is that we have to wait a month to receive our new mattress but theyre taking the old one so it saves us the hassle of taking it to the dump. Hopefully its worth the wait. My experience was really great, especially in these uncertain times due to COVID-19. I was able to make an appointment 30 minutes before closing and was out right on time with a whole new setup purchased. Phillip was an excellent representative of Mattress Firm and made my mattress buying experience flawless.Being a first-time mattress buyer, he helped me navigate the sales floor and pointed me in all the appropriate directions while making sure i had a safe and sanitary experience the entire time. He helped my parter and I find an excellent bed that happened to be marked down because of a return. We also ended up getting an adjustable frame and are set up to have our new bed delivered in a week!Very grateful for our experience and we have Phillip to thank for that.

I am utterly disappointed. Today’s delivery is my 4th bed I’ve purchased from mattress firm this year alone. Asked for a soft bed every time. First sales person said it’ll soften overtime. I bruised myself so bad on the firm mattress she sold me that I saw my doctor for pain. Second bed this year again, firm. Third bed bruises and pain; I’ve cried so much. 4th bed, I thought I did my research. Found out not from salespeople but on my own to get 15.5 coil because it’s softer. And I askedfor ultra plush. Got mattress today and found out looking up online it’s a comfort level 4. Comfort level 10 is soft. What kind of salesperson??.. I called my sales man. His reply twice is he’s worked there for 6 years. And he doesn’t know anything about a comfort level and I should buy somewhere else. After I told him I haven’t returned any of the previous beds I’ve purchased, he asked me to come In tomorrow to look at a used discontinued model for $3k. What kind of service is going on with mattress firm?

He got on line to search for my mattress at other stores. Behold he found one for me, not only he found one for me he even gave me a discount on my delivery.
